| However when you get the bag it is foil and yet when I wanted to share with a friend putting it in a zip lock bag I had to wrap it in several layers or my whole house was smelling peppermint, wow really strong So save your empty cans and buy the bags and fill the cans. | I tried other brands of peppermint tea and none of it is as helpful as this one. This may taste strong but for an IBS sufferer like me, the strength is exactly what's needed. It doesn't cure my IBS but it helps me with the cramps I get every now and then from IBS. There were a few times where I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible pain from my IBS and I would drag myself to the kitchen to make a cup of this peppermint tea and drink and it would settle the pain within 5 minutes of drinking this so that I can go back to sleep.
