| I tried other brands of peppermint tea and none of it is as helpful as this one. This may taste strong but for an IBS sufferer like me, the strength is exactly what's needed. It doesn't cure my IBS but it helps me with the cramps I get every now and then from IBS. There were a few times where I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible pain from my IBS and I would drag myself to the kitchen to make a cup of this peppermint tea and drink and it would settle the pain within 5 minutes of drinking this so that I can go back to sleep. I drink this throughout the day at work and it is soothing. | |

| I have been ordering the peppermint tea for years, the over sized bags were just great, however once I found out how to make my tea with the loose tea pouches it felt like I had struck gold. I have IBS symptoms and I have finally found I have Multiple Sclerosis, which was the real cause of all of my intestinal issues. But let me tell you this tea has been a life saver for me for years now. I can't make it a day without my peppermint tea. I still have spasms at times of which you wouldn't believe.
