Game changer
After dealing with gastritis and SIBO for several years, I went through treatment & tried other fibers, only to feel just as bad. My Dr. recommended this company, and finally, after gradually easing this fiber in, I was able to find relief especially during constipation. After 7 years of trying to figure out my digestive system, this fiber in combination with the peppermint Tummy Tamer pills, I feel so much better and take them everywhere with me! I love the travel packets for that reason, as well as the bulk bags that I can put in the canister which is all well worth the price.
