| I've been having issues for a little over a year. They can't find anything wrong but nothing moves in its own. With the prescription meds, I couldn't leave the house until afternoon. I've been trying and taking so many things to find relief. I've been in this for a few weeks now. I'm currently using a tsp in the morning and one at night. I'm finally feeling more like myself. | I have struggled with constipation my whole life and last year had a diagnosis of Collagenous Colitis. Traditional fiber products made my symptoms worse. I have used Heather's for 3 months. I followed the directions to slowly increase the dosage and stuck with it the first month out of desperation. Finally on month 2, I started to see results. Now, the constipation is gone and I am experiencing a new normal. My only complaint is that the product has a very narrow temperature range at which it will dissolve. | I have IBS with constipation and since using Tummy Fiber, I rarely have a problem anymore. My husband had to have half his colon removed. The Tummy Fiber helps him to avoid diarrhea most of the time. We both never want to live without it. Other fibers used to really bloat me and upset my stomach. This doesn't. I have had a problem with my bowels my entire life and now I rarely have a problem. I am so grateful for this product and Heather. I read all the great reviews and for a long time didn't try it because I thought it would be like everything else I have tried in the past, with more side effects than the problem. Finally, after a period of swings between diarrhea and constipation I decided to try it. I started slowly and then added a little more weekly until I had normal bowel movements. I have never stopped taking it since. We by it by the case so there is no chance of running out of it. I order again, long before necessary so that I always have it on hand. I would never want to go back to having the problems I had before I tried Heather's Tummy Care. For us, it is a miracle product. I am so grateful that this product is available to all of us who have been miserable with IBS. | |

| I desperately wanted notice a difference. Didn't happen. I was taking 4 heaping TBLSPs and nothing changed. Also, the product was an absolute pain to work with. | I have been using this fiber product for six years, as originally recommended by the medical staff at John Bastyr. I developed gut issues at the same time I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I was prescribed Metformin HCL, which did wonders for my numbers, but also aggravated my gut issue problem, where problems occurred in the middle of the night. With a change in diet (no milk or cheese) and taking the fiber twice a day, it has helped me control my issues with the colon. I used to be able to obtain Heather's Tummy Fiber at Vitamin Life in Downtown Redmond, but they closed the retail store and switched to purely online sales. Because it works so well it's a good idea to start with 1/2 dose and increase if and when you're sure you can tolerate a full dose. | |

| I have a very sensitive colon with IBS-D, and the tummy fiber has started working. I have had to experiment and then stay with only 1/8 teaspoon, because of cramping otherwise. I am very gradually increasing it. A dietitian also reminded me to drink a lot of water. | |

| I have had trouble with my stomach for years and never could regulate between constipation and diarrhea. It's been awful and inconvenient.
