| I wish there was some sort of customer support where I could ask specific questions and have them answered. I have IBS-C and take large amounts of Magnesium (Calm) daily (twice a day) in order to be able to have bowel movements. I'm trying to wean myself off of Calm while at the same time increase my use of the tummy fiber. I'm struggling to do this successfully and would love to get support on it. I don't know if the tummy fiber can work well for me. I used it successfully in the past, but my IBS has gotten a lot worse since then. I haven't had a normal bowel movement in many years now. I'm hoping the tummy fiber can change that, but even though I gradually increased the amount, I got increased bloating and gas, so I had to back off again. I know I need more than what I'm taking (2 tsp. twice a day), but even with increasing it slowly while decreasing the magnesium, I've had a hard time of it. I'm going to keep trying, though, and will hopefully have success with the product (if I do, I will either change my review or write a new one). I have two more containers of the tummy fiber, which should be enough for me to see if it will work for me or not. | |||||

So I started adding too water, tastes gross in water but seems to do the trick as long as you use it twice daily! Better than using metamusil that just seems to make constipation worse!! | |

| I've lived all my 50 years constipated, having fructose malabsorption. I cannot live without Linzess (pharma) normally but it makes me have the opposite problem and makes me unable to leave the house. I eat the best I can for this complicated problem I have. I have mixed the Tummy Fiber with water on a 1 tsp. to 1 tablespoon water ratio so that I always have about one cup of liquified Tummy Fiber ready in a jar in the frig. This makes it super-convenient to put a tablespoon of the liquid (equivalent to about 2 grams fiber) into drinks or soup. | My IBS flare ups had subsided until just a few months ago when it started again. I had not taken the Tummy Fiber and as a result it expired on my counter. My IBS symptoms really got a hold of me. I ordered the fiber and within 3 days it was in my mailbox. I thought it was crushed because the mail carrier just "made" it fit. Anyway, thanks that it was not a can, everything was okay. Started taking it at once and by the second dose I felt some kind of relief. As of the writing of this email, my symptoms have gone down to a level of civility. | I have been suffering with chronic constipation and a pelvic dysfunction physical therapist recommended that I try Heather's Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal. Using this product has allowed me to not only have regular bowel movements but I don't have to rush to the bathroom or have burning skin like I would if I used a laxative.
