| I am 66 years old and have suffered from constipation (sometimes diarrhea when I was younger), gas, bloating and stomach pains since in my 20s. The constipation and discomfort has been significantly worse in the last 10 years. My dr. said it would and just take laxatives.(My colonoscopy showed nothing at all wrong with my colon) I had usually used Metamucil in the past. I tried prescription IBS drugs that were extremely expensive and didn't work for me. After a month of taking Heatherss tummy fiber, along with proper diet, sufficient water and exercise my ability to have normal, daily bowl movements is better than it's been in 40 years! I am amazed! I do admit I am still having some stomach pain which I still have to figure out. | |

| I don't have IBS, but have a sensitive bladder, and needed something pure and gentle to help me get and stay more regular. This arrived quickly and has worked well. I appreciated the clear instructions on the packaging about how to start and then increase the dose from there.
