| I titered up more slowly since I tend to be very sensitive to everything. This product does really work for constipation dominant IBS. I was terribly bloated with other products and this gave the least side effects of anything I have tried and I am not even sure there are side effects because my gastrointestinal system really acts up sometimes for no reason. Now, I no longer have hard, dry stools. Great product. The fennel tea also helps. | |

| I wanted to be sure I put up a review for Heather's Tummy Fiber, because ever since I found their web site all those years ago, Heather and her products gave me back my life. Doctors were of absolutely NO HELP! They don't care about it, they think it's just in our heads, and offered no help. Lots of useless tests of course, but no help. Well, I'm here to tell you, it's not in your head, it's real. I was lucky, although I've suffered with IBS for decades, I only needed the Tummy Fiber to set my life back on course. That and everything she writes about IBS. She explained it all! I've taken that fiber every day of my life for 11 years, and it makes all the difference in the world. You have to try different amounts, along with a balanced diet, to see what works best for you, but after you find your sweet spot, you should be pretty much good to go. So wonderful to be able to travel again, so good to be able to eat out and not fear needing a restroom, desperately 30 minutes after you eat. I know every available bathroom in town. I once tried to quit taking Heather's Fiber, and switched to one of the fiber solutions sold in the grocery stores, just for convenience! It took about 10 days, but the symptoms came roaring back. Won't be making that mistake again. I have tried to get local places in Austin to carry it, but can't get any interest (just like with doctors) So frustrating. Trust this product, it is worth EVERY penny, and worth ordering online-if you can't get it in your town. | I love this stuff,dissolves really well.I was skeptical cos i'd been drinking senna tea for 6months every evening after dinner before i tried this product,so wasnt sure this would work,i had also been eating lots of insoluble fiber cos i thought this would help my severe constipation,none of the "white" stuff.The next morning my husband couldnt believe when i told him i went to the loo with no problems,no straining at all.Am definately spreading the word,thank you Heather for coming up with this,wherever you are,i've already ordered more of this and the teas,ve a good supply of the tummy tammers.My bloating,cramps and gas gone,just like that! | |

| I dont know what this product does but I can say that IT WORKS! I used it for the first time while on vacation. We ate out every night of the week while we were away. I always have stomach issues when eating out at restaurants but I literally had not one IBS symptom the whole week! I mixed the travel packs in with my drink before I ate dinner and drank a couple glasses of the peppermint tummy tea throughout the day. Maybe I just had a good week but I won't ever leave home without those two products! They have been great and I love telling everyone about Heathers products! Thank you. | |

| Notice it doesn't really mix with cold water very well. It tends to get clumpy. Otherwise, it seems to help firm up loose stools, but I notice for myself, the dose can only be increased gradually, otherwise more bloating, etc. will occur. Overall though, a good product. | |||||
