IF you have Ibs-c try this
I did some research and discovered this product on Amazon. The reviews persuaded me to purchase this for my Fiance who has ibs-c . When we first met 3 years ago, he was on the toilet for hours every single night in soooo much pain. I Really do mean hours, thats not an exaggeration. We started with diet change, We do not eat out at all, we cook all meals and we eat semi- gluten free, gas fed/organic meats, etc. we try to eat healthy. We added in digestive enzymes which he says helped greatly. Even with the diet change and digestive enzymes he was still frequently in and out of the restroom, but the pain did subside. We discovered Heather's tummy care and the first night, my fiance went to the restroom for about 30 mins and came back into the bed and did not go anymore that night. ITs been the same way Every night since then. On occasion he goes a second time, and then when he doesn't feel well, he may go multiple times. Every once in awhile he may eat something that just doesn't agree with him and he will go a few times. But He actually has his life back now. He no longer needs to carry extra clothes out of fear of having an accident. With his new freedom, he's even been able to run again, he ran 10 miles last week and has never felt better. Were actually planning camping and hiking trips, were actually able to go out on dates if we wanted, actually have adult time (which subsided a lot due to him always being in pain). He's actually starting to feel like himself again, and for that i am forever grateful for this company.

Heather's is the best!

This is a game changer for anyone living with IBS. I have recommended to dozens of people and they have all reported back with great results. Wish I could still get on Amazon where I had subscribe & save and it showed up every month without a hitch. The shipping direct from Heather's website was very slow, and I'd like to have it automated, since I go through a pouch a month.

I am so sorry to say we've had to suspend all Amazon sales of Heather's Tummy Care.

Our Amazon story is heartbreaking and infuriating...

I know a lot of our folks have long relied on Amazon for their orders, so we do not do end our Amazon relationship lightly. But we reached the point where we just could not sustain that relationship any longer.

This was the most frightening decision my husband Will and I have had to make in the twenty year history of our Tummy Care business. We honestly did not know if we could survive without Amazon.

But as a small company, we reached a breaking point with the constant Amazon problems of lengthy shipment delays, inventory losses, warehouse damage, and the never ending chaos this caused our entire supply chain.

The last straw was sending five pallets of product to Amazon over the holiday season and having them delay receipt into their warehouses for nearly three months as our products were not a priority for their holiday sales.

While they delayed, we ran out of stock on almost all our listings, subscribe and save couldn't be filled, Amazon cancelled people's orders without explanation, and caused us a huge amount of turmoil.

They even deleted one of our oldest listings, the two pack of Tummy Tamers, without any reason or warning.

As you may know, a listing on Amazon is called an asin (Amazon Stock Keeping Unit). These asins have incredible value as it takes years and enormous marketing investments to gain prominence in search results and have what Amazon calls "velocity".

For Amazon to just randomly delete our twenty year old asin with high velocity? This felt comparable to having a brick and mortar store on main street and waking up one morning to find the whole store has been wiped off the face of the earth by the landlord. I still cannot believe Amazon did this!

Thankfully, many of you stayed loyal customers despite that turmoil and are now shopping on our site. But the aftermath of all this nearly bankrupted our business.

Because of the Amazon disasters, we lost significant revenue for many months. This all came on the heels of the Covid years. And the Covid troubles had already been followed by our brand new Tummy Tamer softgel line machinery defects, which required a two year redesign and rebuild from the ground up. The cumulative result was nearly fatal.

So we are focusing on prioritizing our own website orders and customers, our mom and pop retail stores, and our CVS stores for the Tummy Tamers peppermint oil capsules.

As a side note, please do not trust third party listings of any of our products on Amazon. Amazon does not have stock any more, we have closed our listings, and we do not sell to companies that resell on Amazon. We are hearing from customers who are getting used/damaged goods from Amazon orders of our products via third party sellers. Please do not trust those listings. Our only authorized resellers are our brick and mortar mom and pop health food stores, the IC Network, and CVS.

Again, my apologies that we have had to suspend our Amazon listings. I know that is a huge inconvenience, and I hope we are putting good alternatives in place asap.

Lastly, thank you, thank you, thank you, for continuing to support our company and keep us alive. We wouldn't be here without you!

After experiencing IBS symptoms for 3 decades since my gall bladder was removed, I started using Heather's Tummy Fiber over a year ago and the results have been phenomenal. Prettiest and best taste
Have tried many acacia fibers and most either do not mix well or are yellow with a stronger taste. This one is very mild, almost tasteless, a pretty white powder that almost is clear when mixed. Have it every morning and night. I have been using Heather's products for many years.

Keep this on hand for IBS-C
Ever since I began using Heather's Tummy Fiber (on a daily basis), my IBS-C is much less of a bother. I won't say it's completely gone, but most every day I â€œgoâ€�. If you've been plagued with constipation, you know how yucky it makes you feel. From what I read, every person probably has a different â€œsweet spotâ€� for whatâ€�# the right daily amount. Acacia Tummy Fiber twice a day is good to prevent both loose stools and constipation.

A Life Saver for many in our family.
My sister had systemic colitis, you saved her. My niece the same. My husband started on it 2 months ago, excellent results. I truly don't know what I would do without these packets! Not one Dr., nor specialist could/would identify my issue. It's been several years of all types of medications and surgeries, with absolutely little to no quality of life. I couldn't even work. I kept doing my own research and came across your aaahmazing products and just like that, based upon the time of day, frequency and how many packets I use, I'm now able to live a more normal life. I found this brand on Amazon, and when I went back to reorder, to my dismay, they were no longer available. Thank GOD for this website, your products are truly phenomenal! My issue is IBSD, which I never knew existed, and this is self diagnosis, since not one Dr./gastrointestinal or otherwise could tell me nothing. 50+ years living with IBS. It has been in complete control of my life. Seen Dr after Dr. GI dr, PC Dr, even food allergist. Received same old printout from everyone. Foods to avoid. Foods to eat. All they ever want to do is colonoscopy and prescribe Dicyclomine. The night I passed from the pain 25 year ago I got serious remind foods & ingredients one by one. Helps greatly but not 100%. Acacia Senegal is so helpful for bowel motility
My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. Acacia Senegal with a greater portion of soluble fibers and less insoluble fiber really helps me digest more easily with less bloating and intestines to bowels are moving happily with more ease. I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up. I realize every body is affected differently and I am uncomfortable continuing the product to try and find my balanced dosage. a BIG difference

I first discovered Heather's products when I was diagnosed as having IBS some 10 years ago. I have used the Acacia Tummy Fiber most of the last 10 years...and when I don't, things eventually get out of balance again and the troublesome symptoms re-emerge. If you want to be more comfortable physically, and have IBS be a less disruptive influence in your life. You should buy the Tummy Fiber! And the little travel pouches are very useful when I travel (when disruption of many patterns makes it more likely that the IBS symptoms we intensify).

I've been using this product for years and it works!
I don't want to take chemical laxatives. This is a natural product - virtually tasteless - affordable and it works. First time for me ordering from the manufacturer. I've been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a couple of years. It's tasteless and dissolves easily (you have to let it sit for a few minutes). I once tried another brand of acacia fiber and it was ok but Heathers is really a finely ground powder which makes it much nicer.

I tried everything for my IBS, including drugs from my doctor. Nothing worked. Either nothing would change, or the opposite would happen and I'd have constipation. Then I found Tummy Fiber.
