| I have been taking Heathers Tummy Fiber 2 x a day for 8 years for IBS. I have had IBS since my teens but the episodes were sporadic - about 1 x per month. In 2016 they came back with a vengeance. 2 days of constipation followed by a 3rd day of extreme stomach cramping and stomach spasms lasting 30-45 minutes which culminated in diarhea for hours afterwards. I stopped going out and was confined to my bed and bathroom 3 days a week. A gastric specialist told me there was nothing that could be done and basically that I would just have to take fiber and live with it. My PCP prescribed Libra's 3 x a day. I later discovered Heathers thru Google. I was able to cut the Librax to one per day after about 2 weeks using Heathers. This product gave me back my life. I am regular now and go every morning within 30 minutes of awakening. Thank you Heather! | |

| I've been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a couple of years, and as I gradually found what amount (the number of grams per day) was good for me, I've been very pleased at how this really helped my "gut speed" stabilize. I've been pre-mixing the acacia powder with a certain amount of water, and keeping this fiber liquid in the frig means that I can quickly get out a couple of tablespoonfuls to go into my cup of tea or juice throughout the day. I previously tried another kind of acacia fiber powder that wasn't as refined, but I'm finding that I really do like Heather's better. | IF you have Ibs-c try this | |
| I did some research and discovered this product on Amazon. The reviews persuaded me to purchase this for my Fiance who has ibs-c . When we first met 3 years ago, he was on the toilet for hours every single night in soooo much pain. I Really do mean hours, thats not an exaggeration. We started with diet change, We do not eat out at all, we cook all meals and we eat semi- gluten free, gas fed/organic meats, etc. we try to eat healthy. We added in digestive enzymes which he says helped greatly. Even with the diet change and digestive enzymes he was still frequently in and out of the restroom, but the pain did subside. We discovered Heather's tummy care and the first night, my fiance went to the restroom for about 30 mins and came back into the bed and did not go anymore that night. ITs been the same way Every night since then. On occasion he goes a second time, and then when he doesn't feel well, he may go multiple times. Every once in awhile he may eat something that just doesn't agree with him and he will go a few times. But He actually has his life back now. He no longer needs to carry extra clothes out of fear of having an accident. With his new freedom, he's even been able to run again, he ran 10 miles last week and has never felt better. Were actually planning camping and hiking trips, were actually able to go out on dates if we wanted, actually have adult time (which subsided a lot due to him always being in pain). He's actually starting to feel like himself again, and for that i am forever grateful for this company. | |

| This is a game changer for anyone living with IBS. I have recommended to dozens of people and they have all reported back with great results. Wish I could still get on Amazon where I had subscribe & save and it showed up every month without a hitch. The shipping direct from Heather's website was very slow, and I'd like to have it automated, since I go through a pouch a month. | |||||
