The peppermint capsules are definitely part of my IBS regime combining them with licorice capsules at night before bed and in addition using Heather's peppermint tea fennel seeds and chamomile at bedtime and then reusing the same tea bags the next morning gives me a good background to keep the tummy mostly under control top that off with Heather's ongoing tummy guidance makes us the number one stop for IBS patients

Amazing Product
My doctor actually recommended this specific fiber to me for IBS. I was amazed at how much better I tolerated it over any other fiber supplement. I sprinkle it over or into many food and don't even notice it's there; even on tacos! I mix it into cereal, soup, stew...anything with enough moisture to soak it up and never know it existed. But my body knows and is happier for it. I will notice when I don't have any for a couple of days. My doctor was right, this is truly a different and much more digestible form of fiber for IBS sufferers and I am thankful for the recommendation.

Very helpful for malabsorption syndrome
I have IBS and malabsorption from having a portion of my ileum resected. I've found that just 1 tsp. of Heather's Fiber twice a day usually will prevent diarrhea. Finding the right dose is the key. If I take too much, it can be constipating, too little and the diarrhea returns. It seems to work well for me. It does take patience to find the correct amount that works, though.

I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!

I use two tablespoons of tummy fiber a day.

Hello! We ordered this product for our son, who is 19 and on the Autism spectrum. He has had fecal incontinence, usually three episodes a day. I use this product every day. What I love about it is that you can put it in yogurt, smoothies, cottage cheese etc. This makes it very easy for me to be consistent with. Nothing else has worked as well for me. I highly recommend this product. Also, love the canister!

Effective, used at least 7 years
8 years ago I had colorectal surgery for rectal cancer. My symptoms after surgery were similar to IBS. I agree with natural medicine and advocating for yourself. Over the years I have progressed from a " new normal " to Normal. This product helped in this process.

This is just the best product!
Before I ever took Tummy Tamers, I was having very severe acid reflux attacks even though I have been on prescription medicine for years. I love the peppermint tea bags and drink the tea several times a day. I have tried others, none are even close to the taste and quality. I also bought the bulk tea (and a strainer) which allows me to easily make a stronger tea when I want one (using 1.5 tablespoons of tea leaves). Highly recommend both the tea bags and the bulk tea leaves!

A product that works
This is the right product for you overall. If you want some thing without all the extra added unnecessary ingredients, this is it. It has helped me with constipation and with silent reflux. When used as directed it works, but must be given some time like everything.

I like that it is one ingredient. I had ibs symptoms from 8 years old. The symptoms subsided from around 50 to early 70s. It then roared back and due to internet I discovered heather's site and the acacia worked! 3 yrs in and no diarrhea outbreaks.
