So convenient when traveling
I've used these little packets several times now when I travel and will be away from home for days. They can be opened without scissors easily, they have 1 tsp in each packet, they are small and don't take up much space. They are much nicer in a suitcase or carryon instead of the big container I use at home. Plus, I don't have to worry about the container getting jostled around and possibly getting jarred open and then have the acacia all over everything, not to mention the extra space the big container takes up. I can easily tear open how ever many packets I need/use per use and pour them into the small opening of a water bottle as I'm on the go if need be. Shake it up good and drink it down all while still on my way somewhere! So convenient and handy! And full of the same great quality of Senegal Fiber! Love using them!

Just tried these Tummy Tamers Peppermint Oil capsules
I started using these in December on a holiday plane trip. I was very surprised that the tummy tamers prevented my gut from hurting during my vacation. I like the ingredients and would have given it all 5's except for the use of sunflower oil and I think my delivery time was about 7 days? I also wish you could change sunflower oil to Olive Oil and that would assist with Omega 3's in addition to soothing the gut. thank you!

Game changing life saver
For the last 3 years I have been trying to figure my gut out...new 'getting older' food allergies, IBS (maybe?), finding the right fiber (who knew?)...I dont eat enough food or fiber...and after trying a few different Heather products for other symptoms (that are great) I tried the Acacia. Never knew it existed. I followed the instructions and know my daily dose. It's the difference between normal, healthy bowels and well...the other kind. I just bought a year's worth. Not my cup of tea
This was way too strong and I'm sure many people would love that but it was too strong for my liking. The tea bags are full of actual fennel seeds which is why it's so strong. So it's a great thing I just don't like fennel. The representative allowed me to return the product with ease and recommended to use a fennel tea bag and a peppermint bag in one tea cup. I never did but that might've helped. So the product is completely as stated it's just a matter of liking the flavor or not.

Soothe me!
I am a changed person, thanks to late-in-life IBS-D…and after that, thanks to Heather's Tummy Care Peppermint Tea. Every night without fail. On bad nights, two teabags, so it's nice and strong. Amazing Product
My doctor actually recommended this specific fiber to me for IBS. I was amazed at how much better I tolerated it over any other fiber supplement. I sprinkle it over or into many food and don't even notice it's there; even on tacos! I mix it into cereal, soup, stew...anything with enough moisture to soak it up and never know it existed. But my body knows and is happier for it. I will notice when I don't have any for a couple of days. My doctor was right, this is truly a different and much more digestible form of fiber for IBS sufferers and I am thankful for the recommendation.

Very helpful for malabsorption syndrome
I have IBS and malabsorption from having a portion of my ileum resected. I've found that just 1 tsp. of Heather's Fiber twice a day usually will prevent diarrhea. Finding the right dose is the key. If I take too much, it can be constipating, too little and the diarrhea returns. It seems to work well for me. It does take patience to find the correct amount that works, though.

I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!

This product really works. I don't have IBS; I have gastroparesis where everything moves slowly through the digestive system. This product keeps things soft even when things get backed-up. Insoluble fiber is just as bad for gastroparesis as it is for IBS.
