Game changer
50+ years living with IBS. It has been in complete control of my life. Seen Dr after Dr. GI dr, PC Dr, even food allergist. Received same old printout from everyone. Foods to avoid. Foods to eat. All they ever want to do is colonoscopy and prescribe Dicyclomine. The night I passed from the pain 25 year ago I got serious remind foods & ingredients one by one. Helps greatly but not 100%. The Acacia soluble fiber is complete game changer. Once I got to 1 TBLSPN dissolved in water twice daily my gut is as stable as it's ever been. For first time in 50 years my bowel movements are as normal as I could hope for. I have my life back. For me it's a magic elixir. No exaggeration. I now take Dicyclomine once or twice a week. No words are enough. So appreciative of the research Heather & her team have done. I see me as a lifetime customer.

Peppermint Tummy Tea is the best I have found
Heather's Peppermint Tra is the absolutely the best I have found. During a recent episode I used 2 tea bags heavily steeped and drank cups all day while doing Heather's rice Magic Trick for two days. That finally did thick of calming down my system. Now whenever I feel a tiwnge I make a double bag cup and it has been calming things right down. No other peppermint tea has the same taste or feel. This works for me
I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a while and it has worked for me. Still have a flare up now and then, maybe stress, maybe I ate the wrong thing. I tried Metamucil in the past and it was way too harsh for my system. Will stick with Heather's Tummy Fiber.

Great product, a life saver
The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Now that I follow Heather's recommendations which foods to avoid and drinking fennel tea regularly I do not experience that much discomfort and can allow to indulge time to time. Thank you!

Acacia Senegal is so helpful for bowel motility
My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up. I realize every body is affected differently and I am uncomfortable continuing the product to try and find my balanced dosage. Never fear, though, my friend will be getting my tin of the product and she will be thrilled. Best peppermint tea ever!
I have never been a tea drinker, but my mom always gave me peppermint tea when I had stomach issues. It took some adjustment to get off the decaf (which I always thought was safe when I switched from regular coffee), but this tea is so soothing for your gut, and it really didn't take much time to embrace. I first discovered Heather's products when I was diagnosed as having IBS some 10 years ago. I have used the Acacia Tummy Fiber most of the last 10 years...and when I don't, things eventually get out of balance again and the troublesome symptoms re-emerge. If you want to be more comfortable physically, and have IBS be a less disruptive influence in your life. You should buy the Tummy Fiber! I have been using the peppermint capsules for only a short time (10 days), and have experienced a great improvement in my IBSD. Have noticed that as long as I watch my diet in addition to the capsules I feel good. I was feeling so good that I ate a jelly filled donut with thick peanut butter icing striped with chocolate 2 days ago and, believe me, I paid for giving in to temptation. Changed my life
I tried everything for my IBS, including drugs from my doctor. Nothing worked. Either nothing would change, or the opposite would happen and I'd have constipation. Then I found Tummy Fiber. I have GERD and was taking Prilosec. I started drinking fennel tea to soothe my stomach 3 times a day at first. No heartburn or acid reflux at all! Was able to discontinue Prilosec! I only take as needed. It has also helped me lose weight! I love the taste of fennel. Sometimes, I add alittle honey. Highly recommend this tea for anyone with similar issues.

Great products but need better inventory contol
Tummy fiber and peppermint pills are awesome, but I had to start using a different brand when they were having trouble getting the peppermint. Latest experience getting fiber took weeks because their shipment was delayed due to weather. I'm sure it was frustrating for them but maybe they could reevaluate inventory control. I had to contact them for delivery dates when product didn'tshow up, they didn't reach out to tell me there was a problem.

Hi Rosemary - I am so sorry the hear this. The tummy fiber should not cause any discomfort or pain at all, it is plain soluble fiber, which should be soothing to the gut. I find it easier to take by just adding the powder to moist foods instead of having in a glass of water, but either way should help your gut. Please let us know if you continue to have problems, we will fully refund you if you can't use the fiber.

Not as good as in past.
We used to purchase these from Rite-aide. We thought they were great and helped. Have not been able to find for a couple years. Found heathers website. Received in quick time. I'm dissatisfied with them now as far as formula. The capsule is tougher, thicker. Seems harder to swallow. The after taste of peppermint is way to strong now and doesn't seem to have any fennel in it. Sorry to say but I hope the previous formulation could be brought back. Sad about you having trouble with Amazon. Good for you to be able to navigate out of that. I wish I could say a better review. Both my husband and myself feel this formula not as high quality as previous. Thanks Terri
