| I found Heather's site and her products shortly after she started online. I've used this Tummy Fiber since then, twice a day without fail. I have IBS-C and it has helped me tremendously. I also love the fact that it is pure Senegal fiber and has absolutely no added chemicals, dyes, additives that can be harmful to my body. It's so easy to take every morning and evening. | My intestines shut down and I found out I didn't drink enough water (never learned that growing up..I am now 77) I was referred to a Dr specialist and they recommended this product as well as more liquid,) I am able to have bowel movements (several) now every single day with no effort!
