I truly don't know what I would do without these packets! Not one Dr., nor specialist could/would identify my issue. It's been several years of all types of medications and surgeries, with absolutely little to no quality of life. I couldn't even work. I kept doing my own research and came across your aaahmazing products and just like that, based upon the time of day, frequency and how many packets I use, I'm now able to live a more normal life. I found this brand on Amazon, and when I went back to reorder, to my dismay, they were no longer available. Thank GOD for this website, your products are truly phenomenal! My issue is IBSD, which I never knew existed, and this is self diagnosis, since not one Dr./gastrointestinal or otherwise could tell me nothing. My weight has increased dramatically since this happened and no matter what I do, even with this issue, and exercise with one to two meals per day, the weight just keeps coming. I know this must be hormonal but for now these are all I'm taking and I'm feeling more like my normal self. All I can say is THANK YOU with all of my heart.

Eases Gas, Bloating and Constipation
When I first bought the Fennel Tummy Teabags, I drank the tea only when I had a gassy or upset stomach. The relief was immediate. After having anesthesia for a surgical procedure, the constipation was unbearable. I am taking one tablespoon of fiber in the morning and another one at night I take a peppermint capsule late afternoon. I drink peppermint tea before bed . While this has helped with my IBS, I am currently suffering with a fib and might need to get my heart shocked. I see my doctor tomorrow. Wonder if that could help my brain disconnect.

Game changer
50+ years living with IBS. It has been in complete control of my life. Seen Dr after Dr. GI dr, PC Dr, even food allergist. Received same old printout from everyone. Foods to avoid. Foods to eat. All they ever want to do is colonoscopy and prescribe Dicyclomine. The night I passed from the pain 25 year ago I got serious remind foods & ingredients one by one. Helps greatly but not 100%. The Acacia soluble fiber is complete game changer. Once I got to 1 TBLSPN dissolved in water twice daily my gut is as stable as it's ever been. For first time in 50 years my bowel movements are as normal as I could hope for. I have my life back. For me it's a magic elixir. No exaggeration. I now take Dicyclomine once or twice a week. Heather's Peppermint Tra is the absolutely the best I have found. During a recent episode I used 2 tea bags heavily steeped and drank cups all day while doing Heather's rice Magic Trick for two days. That finally did thick of calming down my system. Now whenever I feel a tiwnge I make a double bag cup and it has been calming things right down. No other peppermint tea has the same taste or feel. This works for me
I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a while and it has worked for me. Still have a flare up now and then, maybe stress, maybe I ate the wrong thing. I tried Metamucil in the past and it was way too harsh for my system. Will stick with Heather's Tummy Fiber.

Great product, a life saver
The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Now that I follow Heather's recommendations which foods to avoid and drinking fennel tea regularly I do not experience that much discomfort and can allow to indulge time to time. Thank you!

Acacia Senegal is so helpful for bowel motility
My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. Acacia Senegal with a greater portion of soluble fibers and less insoluble fiber really helps me digest more easily with less bloating and intestines to bowels are moving happily with more ease. Not for Me
I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up. I realize every body is affected differently and I am uncomfortable continuing the product to try and find my balanced dosage. Never fear, though, my friend will be getting my tin of the product and she will be thrilled. I also want to mention that I had a few questions and customer service was right on it--that was impressive.

Best peppermint tea ever!
I have never been a tea drinker, but my mom always gave me peppermint tea when I had stomach issues. It took some adjustment to get off the decaf (which I always thought was safe when I switched from regular coffee), but this tea is so soothing for your gut, and it really didn't take much time to embrace. Especially when you feel the affect on your gut and how it calms it down and gets you back on track. These tea bags are huge too! I have made this tea and the fennel tea for bloating and cramps my go-to teas every morning and whenever I feel I need them. USPS seems to be the shipping problem

I first discovered Heather's products when I was diagnosed as having IBS some 10 years ago. I have used the Acacia Tummy Fiber most of the last 10 years...and when I don't, things eventually get out of balance again and the troublesome symptoms re-emerge. If you want to be more comfortable physically, and have IBS be a less disruptive influence in your life. You should buy the Tummy Fiber! And the little travel pouches are very useful when I travel (when disruption of many patterns makes it more likely that the IBS symptoms we intensify).

Works Very Quickly
Was hoping these would help but was pleasantly surprised by how very quickly they zapped the bloating and cramping! Will never be without them again! Before these I was stuck in the house for days at a time with embarrassing bloating so bad that I couldn't even button and zip my jeans! SO wonderful to have a nice flat tummy again and feel normal! This product works
I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!
