| I live on this stuff now. My IBS symptoms are mostly better--that is, when i'm following exactly what the IBS cookbook says to do they are vastly better, and now I try hard to do that. I put the Tummy Fiber in jars of baby food, peaches, mostly. When I traveled to Israel I was afraid not to have it with me, so I took two boxes of the Tummy Fiber travel sticks and that worked out perfectly, I just put it in whatever water I drank. | For over 30 years I've suffered horribly with IBS. Reoccurring bouts of debilitating diarrhea would often strike while I was away from home. I would either embarrass myself by completely Loosing control of my bowels soiling my clothing where it was very obvious, or I'd make it to the Restroom where I'd be trapped for hours. Recently I've developed chronic constipation. It became so bad that I had to manually remove my stool. Unless you suffer from this illness, there's no way a person can understand the physical and emotional toll IBS has on the sufferers. When I found Heathers website, I was skeptical that her products where actually as good as the reviews claimed. In thirty years I've tried everything that I could find for relief. Equalactin was the only minor relief that I found, then it was removed from stores. I decided to try the Acacia powder. I thought I'd buy one canister, if it worked, good, if not, I wouldn't loose too much for risking a trial. Oh my goodness! This product has honestly changed my life. Not only did it soothe my bowels during a serious bout of Diverticulitis, it was completely taken care of the chronic constipation as well as the diarrhea. I know that the Acacia powder is the factor because symptoms return if I neglect taking my morning and nightly dosage. Something which recently happened while I was hospitalized for several days. After restarting my routine, the constipation quickly reversed. Thank you from the deepest depths of my being for providing this product Heather. I know I speak for hundreds of sufferers; your website, the advice and products honestly made life worth living again. | |

| Like others, I suffered with IBS diarrhea for years. At times worse than others and with some embarrassing moments. 8 weeks before a long trip with lots of flights, I hit bottom. Was sure I was going to have to cancel. Another trip to the GI Doc, more neg tests and another prescription in hand for more antispasmodics, I began my web search. Found Heather's site and ordered my starter kit. Read her book and started following the diet religiously, drank the tea and started the fiber twice daily. In 2 weeks, I finally rarely had explosive diarrhea. I was able to go on my trip and only suffered one mils episode. I happily follow the diet now and take my fiber. Such an easy product to use and the travel packs make it handy. I no longer miss the foods I used to eat. I don't mind taking the fiber....because I can safely leave my house again. | This product gave me gas even in small amounts; therefore, I wasn't able to build up to a high enough dose to do much for my relatively mild IBS-D. I will wait awhile and try it again, but so far I haven't been impressed. I do better with a high-quality probiotic and, when needed, a little psyllium husk stirred into juice or water. | |||||

| I have used Heather's tummy fiber for about 7 years now since Benefiber added wheat dextrin to their product. Heather's is the only fiber that I have been able to find that is acacia fiber which works best for me. My IBS has been stabilized for years with only occasion incidents during high stress times!
