| I recently purchased this product for a 13-year-old girl who was having what the doctors determined was severe IBS attacks that included extremely painful episodes going off the 10-point pain scale in intensity, with a tendency toward constipation, but no diarrhea. These pains were so bad, running up and down the abdomen, chest, and back, and making it difficult for her to breath. After they ended (though still with pain, just not so severe), she was exhausted, and would often have to miss school. She has been on Heather's Tummy Fiber, a dose of 3 Tlbs nightly, for 13 days, and during this time has not had any more of these painful attacks. Her stools are also better formed, softer, and more normal. It seems as if it is the Tummy Fiber that has made all the difference--and we certainly hope so! Usually within 13 days she would have had an attack. Fingers crossed & prayers up! We are very glad to have discovered this product. | |

| This product is the best product I've ever used for IBS. I've suffered with IBS most of my life. There was a period of time in my life, after having severe diarrhea which caused me not to be able to go out or enjoy life, when I honestly felt my life was not worth living. | I am hoping that these will help me get back into remission, or get cured. I don't feel that they are as strong as they used to be. I used to notice them when I had a bowel movement, now I don't notice any peppermint feeling, or coolness or burning with a bowel movement. | while I truly believe in your product. I could not take it. I started with 1/2 tsp and decreased to 1/4 It bloated me beyond words and sucked evry ounce of h2o out of my system I jsut could not do it. I have severe sever IBS with a LUQ spasamand I cannot find anything to help. I have no more cramps belly pain and so on and have not had for a long while as I watch my diet closely but I can not elimante without digital removal and then only small amts. I was hopeful so hopeful for this product but am sad now. One thing though is pepermint yeah. Help if you can I am desperate thanks Bev | |||||
