| I depend on Acacia Fiber every day and carry travel packets in case I need them. | |
| I have used a fiber product for over 30 years to control severe constipation. If I miss a dose, I take 2 steps backward. Acacia fiber has been the best I have tried and I have tried many. I also think it help reduce gas as I take fiber in the morning with a large glass of water and often have no IBS effects for hours. Highly recommended! | |

| I'm happy with the product. The only thing that I suggest for the pouches is if they had a zip lock to them that would be great. I do transfer the pouch to the can but, all of it doesn't fit in there with the plastic cover over it. So then once I've opened the pouch I have to put the remaining amount in a regular (in it's own bag) into a zip lock bag so he won't get all over. | |

| I've been taking a teaspooon full of soluble fiber in a Tblsp of applesauce before I eat anything for 4 years - I also carry it in my purse. It's easy to sprinkle on solid food if need be or stirred into a beverage (it has no flavor). Unless I eat a lot of fat OR I'm especially stressed out, I lead a completely normal life. If I start to get diarrhea, I just up my dose of 1 teaspoon full till it calms down (which is very soon). | |

| When everything I tried to eat put me in tears for all the spasming this great advice helped me know what I could eat and the fiber and peppermint caps help get me back to normal food. I have suffered with this in varying degrees for years and this was by far the worst episode... 2days in to the advice I could eat something besides baby food and after getting the acacia fiber after about a week I could eat something besides pretzels, cream of rice, or a plain baked potato (no skin). About a month later I notice when I forget to take my fiber and caps and I still mostly only drink tea but I can have my coffee now which is really big for me. It's so much better, it's my job to keep it that way. | |

| I've been drinking the tea for about 2.5 weeks now. At first I was drinking it every day but some days I don't. I'm also taking the fiber and the peppermint pills. There are still some days where my tummy still bloats up - and whereas for the most part it isn't painful like it use to be, I still look like I'm 5 months pregnant. I think I feel better overall, I've also been trying to follow the food cheat sheet and eating more mangos and avocados. I do love cafe au laits and have been experimenting with drinking coffee. | I've been taking these for about one week consistently, just one a day. I've noticed that on some days I burp them hours after I've taken it and on other days nothing. I'm not sure why they would be inconsistent in that area but it doesn't bother me so I keep taking them. I'm not really sure if they are doing anything -- some days my tummy feels great and other days it still goes crazy. But it seems to be more stable than before but I'm not sure if that is due to the fiber and fennel tea I'm taking as well. | I drink my fennel tea every evening after dinner. It really seems to help with the bloated feeling I often have after my evening meal. I try to eat small meals, eat slowly and chew my food thoroughly but still feel a bit uncomfortable frequently. The tea and a warm heating pad are great for making me comfortable again.
