| I have used this product for a few months and it's effective for my type of IBS, which is the constipation type. I cannot use any other fiber supplement as they all cause gas and/or too loose stools, and pain. The only think with Acacia fiber is you have to start slowly and build up to your own comfort level, and then stay there. good luck! | |

| both teas taste good. the fennel is especially tasty - like licorice, like liquid twizzlers. but I'm not sure how effective they are, especially in controlling bloat and gas. the D is more under control, however I am also taking a sequestrant medication to help eliminate that particular symptom, so I can't give the peppermint or the fennel an unqualified "thumbs-up". I'm giving customer service a mid-point grade because I don't have much experience with that department yet. | |||||

| For a few years I took Acacia Fiber mixed in water. For some reason, that makes no sense, I quit using it last Fall. I had a very difficult winter digestively but couldn't figure out why. A couple of months ago it occurred to me to start taking the Acacia Fiber again. Now I sprinkle it directly on my food and am way more satisfied with the results, which are amazing. | This along with the tummy fiber has done wonders for me. I accidently hit enter on my review of the tummy fiber but it is the most help in controlling my bowel movements. I only take two teaspoons a day. I don't know if I need to take more or not. The peppermint caps also help a lot but only take them before a meal. I was cramping one evening and took one without a meal and I felt like I was made out of peppermint. They are strong. I tried another product that was very expensive from another website and it did nothing at all. I am glad I found this. | |

Soy is highly allergenic and also contains antinutrients that block mineral absorption. I wouldn't touch unfermented soy with a billion-foot pole. | I will return the peppermint caps because they contain ginger, one of the foods I cannot tolerate. I did try one and didn't react to it well. Please let me know if I can return both bottles of peppermint caps even though one has been opened. I gave three or four to a friend who was complaining of bloating, and told her where to get the information and more product. | |
