| I was at the end of my rope literally. I didn't know what to do. I was hurting and having diarrhea every time I ate anything. I was losing more weight every day. I needed to leave for a trip that morning to have a procedure on my back. I woke up not feeling like going anywhere but back to bed. I googled help for my IBS and found this website! | I have ordered peppermint tea, fennel tea, and the soluable fiber. The peppermint tea is my favorite of the three. When I am having/had an attack it really does sooth my GI tract. It also calms me down so I can relax. The peppermint tastes great as well. I try to have at least one cup a day and I feel it has made a difference in my symptoms and pain. I will be buying more. | I have ordered both the peppermint and fennel teas. I really enjoy the peppermint and notice symptom improvement when I have a cup. The fennel tea does not have the best taste (in my opinion). It is similar to black licorice and I feel it does not soothe away symptoms as much as the peppermint tea. I hope this is a helpful review for those on the fence, I would always choose peppermint if I had to pick between the two. | |||||

| I've had IBS since I was 20 (now 55), and have used the Tummy Tea and Peppermint capsules before, for bloating, but never this product. My IBS abruptly switched from its usual constipation to running to the bathroom urgently each time I ate something. Not a way to live! Within 24 hours of starting tummy fiber, that problem was solved, and now that my system has switched back, I am increasing the dose to deal with the constipation. I love that this is a prebiotic fiber, too, that can help my gut become more healthy over time, and am kicking myself for using Miralax for YEARS instead of this! Never again. Thanks, Heather! | |

| I started the tummy fiber last week in small doses. Using the travel packets made it easy to open and pour half into my cold drinks the first week. I am seeing remarkable improvement in my bowels no matter what I eat. I even attempted a barbeque pork sandwich and had NO issues with it which is normally a killer for me the next day. Gas is much less, cramping is almost nill. I make sure I take it in before I eat in the am and before dinner. Best way for me is in Gatorade, no taste, no smell, no residue in any cold drinks but a little clumping in hot teas. | I began using this product for my dogs. I feed them only grain free food, initially because one of them had a fungal ear infection. The grain free diet solved his ear problems. However, the grain free diet caused them to be constipated. Adding acacia solved this problem. I found your acacia to be the best! I later had surgery for colon cancer and I too became constipated. | Benefiber causes severe bloating, but it mixes MUCH more conveniently than the Acacia Fiber. Perfection would be a fiber product that doesn't cause bloating, but is easy to mix with hot, room temperature, or cold drinks. The Acacia Fiber is a real pain when traveling, even with the travel packets that I purchase, because of the need to mix it first with room temperature water. This often requires a second glass and it's quite embarrassing when dining out with others. "Oh, what is that? What are you doing? Why do you need it?" Ugh! | |

| I've been using the Acacia Senegal fiber for several months now. I have IBSD. This product has helped to firm up my bowel movements. On occasion I have a loose bm.
