| This fiber has helped me so much. I was diagnosed with IBSD over 3 years ago. My GI doctor said to take fiber. I tried many different kinds of fiber which didn't help stop the diarreha. I had used Heather's Peppermint Oil capsules to stop the cramping and spasms. My GI doctor had me taking Bentyl. So I decided to try Heather's fiber. The acacia senegal fiber finally stopped the diarreha after a couple of weeks. I buy this pouch to refill the cans. It is by far the best fiber for people who have IBS.
