| I was slow to get into the two teas Heather sells, because Initially, I really didn't like the flavor of the Fennel tea, but discovered it could be brewed along with a bag of the Peppermint, and the combination is very nice, especially with a squeeze of lemon and tiny bit of sugar. The two teabags together make enough for two generous cups of the tea, and I cover one with saran wrap and refrigerate it to heat up in the evening before bedtime. Very soothing ! | |

| Finding my right amount of time between taking the capsules and waiting to eat was a bit tricky as I have LPR which is similar to Gerd. Waiting the full hour had me tasting peppermint and ginger for quite awhile, now after taking the time down I haven't had any issues. I've discovered that my personal time is between 11 -25 minutes to eat after taking the capsules on an empty tummy. They have really taken care of my lower abdominal pain. | I have been dealing with constipation since I was a child (I'm now in my mid fifties) and it was normal for me to go five days to a full week before going. Dr.'s said it was just my system—fruit, fiber, water, exercise, probiotics—nothing really worked. Unbelievably, I was never uncomfortable until I reached my forties where things started to change. I would have days when I'd be confined to home because it was my day to go— all day. I had a colonoscopy early on (and more since) to make sure everything was okay. And then if I traveled, it was a complete disaster throwing my system off. I'd live in fear of what breakfast would do to me—sending me into the bathroom. Always that uneasy feeling in my stomach. I'd take a bunch of Imodium to try to head it off and feel like I could walk around Europe, or go on a tour and be confined in a vehicle, without fearing the worst—but I always feared the worst. It was no way to live. I talked about it with my doctor, but not very seriously. I went through a Metamucil phase, which didn't work and only made me feel bad. Glycolax, the same. The doctor suggested a drug for constipation but I did not want to go that route. Somehow, I came upon Heather's site when I was Googling out of desperation- and finally, I have found something that actually works. It has been a month and I followed her directions of increasing by 1/2 teaspoon of the soluble fiber every three days. I went on a trip after the first week and brought everything with me— travel fiber packets, peppermint pills, and both teas. I also bought travel oatmeal. I'd get up in the morning and have the oatmeal in my hotel room and the fiber before starting my day. I'd have the fennel tea if my stomach felt off and/or the peppermint tea—and armed with all of this, I felt safe and in control. While traveling! There is no better feeling than that. As I've continued to gradually up my dosage, I have started to have normal bowel activity—as in, a poop a day. I never believed that would be possible. And when I say normal—I mean it feels normal. My stomach feels at peace. There is nothing sick about the process—no cramping or bloating. I feel like the fiber is curing my motility issues. At first, I was careful with what I ate, but now I am back to eating what I pretty much always have— because I don't feel I have IBS, per se, more like chronic constipation. I did cut out dairy as I feel it upsets me (but not eggs). I drink coffee. It is a challenge to drink enough water—that has always been an issue for me. I feel like i've finally found what I've been searching for—some miracle product that I never thought would have existed., that is natural and not a drug. Thank you, Heather, for making my life normal again. | |

| I have Celiac Sprue Disease and Irritable Bowel-D - what a combination! For the last 30 years i've tried every OTC and prescription medicine known to man - nothing worked. I started using Heather's Fennel tea about 8 years ago and no it didn't cure my Celiac or IBS but it sure makes it much more livable. It reduces the bloating and gas - it calms a raging belly. I religiously stay on my GF diet and use the pamphlet that she sends out on trigger food, insoluble/soluble fiber to help my IBS. | |

| Fennel tea bags are such an easy way to relieve gas and bloating. I drink it alone or add another flavor tea bag with it to enhance the taste. The gas problem is relieved or lessened and the disposal of tea bag is easier for me than with the loose tea. The fennel is strong and will be very effective and provides the most natural way to prevent gas when you take it with your meals. I buy the bulk kit for economy since I am a senior on a budget. I would recommend this to anyone who has gas and bloating-- in fact, I like it so much that I would give it as a gift. | |
