| I am having great results with the powder at just 1/2 tsp. daily so far. I have IBS -C. i used the powder years ago but was on drugs for the IBS that caused more constipation. I believe it didn't help because I was on the drugs the doctor was giving to me for the IBS symptoms. I am going up slowly as I am a very hypersensitve person. I am also getting great results being treated the last four years with Homeopathic remedies. I am going to school to become a homeopathic practitioner and plan to help others who have IBS.
