Best product for constipation.
This product really works. I don't have IBS; I have gastroparesis where everything moves slowly through the digestive system. This product keeps things soft even when things get backed-up. Insoluble fiber is just as bad for gastroparesis as it is for IBS.

Great product for IBS and pre-celiac diagnosis
I found this product long ago when i was pre-celiac diagnosis, with physicians who wouldn't diagnose me. The peppermint gels helped calm my crabby guts. While I like this product a lot, I continue to need to use scissors to open them as many won't open by tearing. Also, they can be hard to dissolve completely at any temperature: I've tried very hot, hot, warm, and room temperature.

Life saving
I was diagnosed with IBS at age 20. Lived life as best I could with no medical support. At age 65 my flare-ups became almost daily with severe pain/spasms. I was diagnosed 50 yrs ago with IBS - after suffering with it for 10 yrs before then. It's been a wild journey through life that not many can fathom. Lucky for them. A number of years ago while researching (once again) new info about IBS, I came across Heather's information and her recommendations. Once I began using her Fennel Tea, I've never gone without it. It's my morning tea most days. It's been very helpful for the regularity of my digestive system. This past year unfortunately, the Fennel Tea was out stock for quite a while and finally I researched other fennel teas and purchased another brand that was highly rated and was pure. After giving it a good try I packed it away because it was useless and a waste of money. I plan to just stick it in a donation box and maybe someone will get some use out of it. I first ordered Heatherâ€˜s tummy fiber on the advice of a friend who has IBS. I started out slowly and was starting to get frustrated when I reached out to Heather. I've only been taking them first about 2 weeks.

It works
I have been using since around 2011 and it helps with the pain of IBS - C. I also started giving to my 5.8lb long-haired chahuahua as she has always had a sensitive tummy and it has helped her so very much!!! Excellent Tea Helps with IBS
