| I do not have IBS I have food allergies and a Histamine intolerance, which results in very serious complications for me, from ER visits, to severe reactions, epi pen and bendadryl.I try and control with diet, but my stomach issues are horrible, all of Heather's products have been a life saver: The Tummy Fiber has balanced my bowels, the Peppermint Tea and the Fennel is my go to.
