| I honestly cannot review the book personally as I bought it for my daughter but she seems to appreciate it and the website for Heather's Tummy Care. Apparently I made an error when I ordered the book and did not correct the shipping address, so it came to me in error. (Shipping was so quick!) I got rapid and personal customer service as Colleen helped me redo the order, to the correct address. | In 2014, a gastroenterologist told me to take 2 Tbsp of Citrucel powder every day to improve my GI symptoms. I followed his advice and saw my cholesterol drop from 215 to 165 in 2 years, but my GI symptoms remained. | Suffered with IBS all my 60 + years. Tried every OTC product, home herbal and nothing compares to Heather's Tummy Care.
