| I was on prescription medicine for my IBS for years, and got tired of the side effects, so I switched to herbal pills. It worked for a long time, but I got to the point where I was taking 17 herbal pills daily! I weaned myself off of all my medicine when I started Heather's Tummy Care Acacia Senegal, and am now ONLY taking the Acacia! I wake up feeling wonderful and am actually hungry! | This is a very nice cookbook. Lots of options for cooks like me, who don't have tons of experience. Regular cookbook rely so much on frying. We can't eat that way and be safe! Some recipes build on others so you can get comfortable with techniques and then branch out. It's great having an entire arsenal of safe foods. The recipes are pretty adaptable for celiac sufferers, too. That is good for me and my family. There might be a few more shrimp recipes than necessary, but that's a minor complaint. The Jamaican chicken is so good. I am loving the simple rice porridge for days when nothing agrees with me. Haven't gotten to the desserts yet, but look out! This book is a good value for the number of recipes you get. | |
