| I purchased another mfr brand of this fiber thru the major online retailer so many of use. I could tell right away it looked different as I put it into the can I had from Heather's. The other brand was gummy and bitter and I was constantly having stomach cramping and pain again which I did not have with Heather's!! I will never try to substitute Heather's high quality and dependable products with anyone else's. They are NOT the same! The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating for shipping is because they were backordered for a couple weeks but I can see why that might be. | I discovered Heather many years ago. The advice I received on the website and in her book was invaluable after undergoing gal bladder surgery. Many of the concepts are still with me today (as well as the medication highlighted in a box in the book). | I've never had an official diagnosis but have been having stomach problems for the past 7 years, seemingly triggered by a stressful event.
