| This acacia fiber is just as Heather has described--it has been very helpful for my gut. I've gradually increased my dose as she recommends, and I think I've finally gotten to the amount I need. I have mixed the Tummy Fiber with water on a 1 tsp. to 1 tablespoon water ratio so that I always have about one cup of liquified Tummy Fiber ready in a jar in the frig. This makes it super-convenient to put a tablespoon of the liquid (equivalent to about 2 grams fiber) into drinks or soup. | I had high hopes for this product Tummy Fiber Acacia but it gave me a lot of gas. I cut down to 1/4 tsp and then 1/8 tsp and same results. I have stopped taking it and will try again with less than an 1/8 tsp in hopes it will not give me so much gas. It might take me longer to get to were I want to be but I will give it one last try. I am glad to see that a lot of people do not have the same problem that I have had. Any ideas as to how I can take this without getting so much gas let me know. Thanks | |

| I have been suffering since 2008 with IBS, sometimes several times a week. I would have episodes that would last from 1 day to 2 weeks, where I lost 6 lbs in a short amount of time. | My IBS flare ups had subsided until just a few months ago when it started again. I had not taken the Tummy Fiber and as a result it expired on my counter. My IBS symptoms really got a hold of me. I ordered the fiber and within 3 days it was in my mailbox. I thought it was crushed because the mail carrier just "made" it fit. Anyway, thanks that it was not a can, everything was okay. Started taking it at once and by the second dose I felt some kind of relief. As of the writing of this email, my symptoms have gone down to a level of civility. I do have a question, when all returns to normal, do I need to continue to take the fiber or will this be an on going thing for life? Anyway, I recommend the fiber 100%. The peppermint pills are very strong for me. I took them and my acid reflux went on the rampage. | |

| I have been suffering with chronic constipation and a pelvic dysfunction physical therapist recommended that I try Heather's Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal. Using this product has allowed me to not only have regular bowel movements but I don't have to rush to the bathroom or have burning skin like I would if I used a laxative. Getting to the right amount to use each day requires patience and tracking as to how long you've been taking an increased daily amount but it is definitely worth it. | |

| I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver! | |
