Not sure if this is because I have microscopic colitis and IBS although I really haven't had a doctor diagnose IBS. | I wish there was some sort of customer support where I could ask specific questions and have them answered. I have IBS-C and take large amounts of Magnesium (Calm) daily (twice a day) in order to be able to have bowel movements. I'm trying to wean myself off of Calm while at the same time increase my use of the tummy fiber. I'm struggling to do this successfully and would love to get support on it. I don't know if the tummy fiber can work well for me. I used it successfully in the past, but my IBS has gotten a lot worse since then. I haven't had a normal bowel movement in many years now. I'm hoping the tummy fiber can change that, but even though I gradually increased the amount, I got increased bloating and gas, so I had to back off again. I know I need more than what I'm taking (2 tsp. twice a day), but even with increasing it slowly while decreasing the magnesium, I've had a hard time of it. I'm going to keep trying, though, and will hopefully have success with the product (if I do, I will either change my review or write a new one). I have two more containers of the tummy fiber, which should be enough for me to see if it will work for me or not. | |||||

| I've lived all my 50 years constipated, having fructose malabsorption. | I was suffering from chronic idiopathic constipation and this tummy fiber gave me my life back. You have to be patient though and commit to taking the product as directed. Increase half a teaspoon every 3 days until it works. | |

| I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver! | |
