| First off I would like to say that my IBS was not as horrible as some of the cases I have heard about. It would hit me about twice a month with not to much pain, but I needed to be very near a bathroom when it did hit. The tummy fiber has both reduced the amount it has happened, and lessened the severity when it does. Also episodes dont last as long now. Since I am not a severe case I take about a tablespoon twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. One of the best benefits is how regular and "healthy" my bowel movements are now even when I do not have any episodes. I can travel and fly with a lot more confidence now! I like that this is a preventative and natural remedy, rather than having an uneducated doctor tell cutting me a prescription for some pills after the fact. Thank you for thinking of us Heather. | |

| I had IBS for several years -- and then it went away suddenly. The whole time I was suffering I depended on strong fennel tea to help calm down my turbulent guts. Now that I'm better (I have no idea why) I still drink it because it tastes so good. | |
