Once I found the right dosage, my bloating improved considerably and I have used this product every day since then. Not only did my bloating improve, but I became more regular and my movements became thicker, smoother, and softer. | Being new to IBS, I didn't know what to expect, I just wanted help. The cookbook has been a Godsend! I use it all the time and refer to it constantly. This IBS stuff is not easy to figure out eating wise but it makes it easier. Not sure about the peppermint pills yet, havent tried them too much. When I do, I burp up peppermint all night (I take per instructions) I don't get soothing effects. But I don't bloat up, which I'm enjoying! I also enjoy the newsletters! Keep em coming! | |

I've gone from uncontrolled digestive issues (Crohn's Disease)to being relatively normal. I'm also on Humira and eat a relatively low-fat, dairy-free diet, so I'm sure that also has something to do with it. I'll probably use acacia fiber and peppermint tea the rest of my life. | |

| I purchased your book about a week ago and I can already feel the difference. I have made many of your recipes all of them have been delicious. I have been suffering apparently a long time, I just never had a name for what I have. My symptoms got worse after I became a lacto/ovo vegetarian. I did what most vegetarians do, I increased my fiber with whole grain cereal & breads, fresh fruits and veggies etc. Every morning after breakfast and many suppliments, I would run to the bathroom to vomit. No one had an answer. I went for an upper GI, with negative results, next being told I may be lactose intolerant I finally got a name from my Doctor....IBS. But no real information about how to live with followed, until I found your site. I can't thank you enough. I know people must write you everyday, praising you for all your work and efforts. Your book is easy to read, the recipes are delicious and it is chock full of the necessary information needed to live with this condition and live well. | |

| It is not so much I notice that taking this product helps me, but I definately know when I don't take it regularly. Also when my tummy is upset, I take it to help settle things if I have an attack. | I like the Peppermint Tummy Teabags and usually order them when they are on sale since I am retired and on a limited income. The part that bothered me with my last order was the postage. A charge of $9.95 to ship it and they used the cheaper Post Office box and stuffed the box with free Post Office envelopes. Somehow this just doesn't seem right to me. My doctor cautioned me about using Peppermint tea and I have slowed down in using it at this time. I like the big bags which do not fall apart and I like the taste of the tea. | |

| Thirty years of constant pain, shows proof that I was not crazy - finally - the tea works...After a CT Scan (and wanting to put me on Zelnorm), The doctors wanted to do surgery on my left groin to see what was wrong with me. The pain would radiate down my left thigh. I told them to take a hike (so to speak) Now I'm practically pain free. No symptoms like I had for thirty years. My mother is 78, has diverticulitis and polyps. I share the tea with her. She too, is doing much better. No bloating or pain. | |
