| Finally, I understand what is happening to me. I am learning and following your suggestions: no dairy, caffeine, no carbonated drinks no excess oil. Learning to deal with raw vegetables...pretty much saved by my Vitaminx Blender. My roughage is pretty much consumed after pureeing it first. My visit to my doctor today will inform her what has been happening to me and how I am relieved of emergency bathroom runs. I am taking your advice regarding the tests I should have and will talk to my doctor about this matter. I am doing meditation early in the morning....having a very good result with it...am working with a physical trainer and upping my cardio with the goal of half an hour daily. Have not yet done yoga or hynotherapy. I will more than likely order the tapes. I like your tea and use it. I like almond milk. Have not yet tried the recipes, but will do so in due time. | I followed the directions for the tummy fiber, and my condition got worse. The diarrhea became total water and there were days the cramping never left me, even when taking the peppermint capsules. I am eating the soluble fiber first when eating and that has helped a lot, however, I really need to gain some weight, since I went through a horrible divorce last year. | I love this stuff! It works, it's easy to use, doesn't affect the taste of anything you use it on etc. I put it in my applesauce, on sandwiches, anywhere I can think of. I do have to say that apple cider vinegar also helps a great deal with the bloating. I suffer from IBS-C and it's very hard to counteract the bloating/gas/constipation that happens from eating normal foods that other people have no issues with. I also can't eat soy and many of the recipes in the book contain soy. This leave me with very few diet choices - I'm vegetarian. I really like the tummy fiber! | |

| I have been doing the IBS Audio Program for a little over 2 weeks and I can already tell the difference. I don't seem to be having as many problems as before with my stomach spasms or having a hard time going to the bathroom. My stomach seems more relaxed and I am able to control it more. First year IBS has taught me so much more about IBS and has answered many questions that I have had, it is a great resource to have and I recommend to anyone who has IBS issues. | My daughter was unable to use the product as it made her symptoms worse. The diet does however (when paired with a gluten free diet) help tremendously. I wish we were able to use the supplements, but unfortunately, they were only making it worse for her. Shipping was fast and I think we will use the cookbook. | |||||

| Dear Heather's Tummy Care, I have been using Acacia Senegal Tummy fiber pouches for nearly 6 years now and take it 4 times a day before each meal and just before bed-time as recommended. I know it is keeping me stable. I buy a new tin to replace an old one once in a while. The Tummy Tamers Peppermint Caps I take 3 times a day and know they help me get through the day. I shall soon be ordering another delivery. It is helpful to have dates on all your products as well as the information about them. Both products are lifesavers for me plus your news letters. I cannot finish this message without letting you know that I have done the hypnotherapy course twice and plan on listening to some of the tapes again in the near future. | I have really had some great results from the fiber. I have noticed my stomach has went down in size, I do not have the gurgling after eating a meal and I havn't had diarrhea in a couple of weeks. That is a big change from 4-5 times a week. I am still just taking 1 tsp first thing in the morning with my coffee or oatmeal and so far so good. I won't add up to the 2 tsp unless I start having some symtoms back!!! | |
