Since I found Heather and her amazing product I am never without it. Five years ago, I had a kinked, backed up colon due to scar tissue wrapped around it. Great flavor
I have tried different brands of fennel tea over the years. Most either have smaller seeds, less flavor, tiny bags, and some even include bits of leaf and stems. This is the most flavorful fennel tea there is. Love it, keep up the good work, john

Been using for years
I was diagnosed 50 yrs ago with IBS - after suffering with it for 10 yrs before then. It's been a wild journey through life that not many can fathom. Lucky for them. A number of years ago while researching (once again) new info about IBS, I came across Heather's information and her recommendations. Once I began using her Fennel Tea, I've never gone without it. It's my morning tea most days. It's been very helpful for the regularity of my digestive system. This past year unfortunately, the Fennel Tea was out stock for quite a while and finally I researched other fennel teas and purchased another brand that was highly rated and was pure. After giving it a good try I packed it away because it was useless and a waste of money. I plan to just stick it in a donation box and maybe someone will get some use out of it. When Heather's finally was in stock again recently I ordered a bundle of 3 cans of tea so I could stock up. When you live with conditions like IBS, once you find something that helps you, you stick with it.

Best fennel seed tea
This is my go to tea for my IBS and tummy problems. It's tried and tested and trusted by me. It's just a shame it's not easy to get in the UK and postage from the USA is steep.

Great product!
I have GERD and was taking Prilosec. I started drinking fennel tea to soothe my stomach 3 times a day at first. No heartburn or acid reflux at all! Was able to discontinue Prilosec! I only take as needed. It has also helped me lose weight! I love the taste of fennel. Sometimes, I add alittle honey. Highly recommend this tea for anyone with similar issues.

Between these and the peppermint tea, I drink them a lot. They are very soothing and tasty. Fennel tea really helps with gas and I find that even if I drink a cup before a meal, the gassiness is lessened. I've been using them for about a year now.

Big Help with Gas and Bloating

I have Celiac Sprue Disease and Irritable Bowel-D - what a combination! For the last 30 years i've tried every OTC and prescription medicine known to man - nothing worked. I started using Heather's Fennel tea about 8 years ago and no it didn't cure my Celiac or IBS but it sure makes it much more livable. It reduces the bloating and gas - it calms a raging belly. I religiously stay on my GF diet and use the pamphlet that she sends out on trigger food, insoluble/soluble fiber to help my IBS.

Fennel tea bags are such an easy way to relieve gas and bloating. I drink it alone or add another flavor tea bag with it to enhance the taste. The gas problem is relieved or lessened and the disposal of tea bag is easier for me than with the loose tea. The fennel is strong and will be very effective and provides the most natural way to prevent gas when you take it with your meals. I buy the bulk kit for economy since I am a senior on a budget. Full bags, good tea
I finally started ordering the Heathers fennel tea when all the brands in the store started filling their tea bags with less and less tea while steadily increasing prices. These bags are stuffed full of tea, no need to double up bags as with other brands. One bag can really brew a whole pot of tea. The tea is strong and delicious and really helps my GI symptoms- the fennel is very soothing. One cup of this first thing in the morning and my gut is ready to face the day!

I LOVE the fennel tea and have used it for years.
I use to drink the fennel tea at times when I had tummy issues and always found it very soothing. Now I am trying to give up coffee so I am drinking the tea every morning instead. Fennel tea is great!
I drink the hot fennel tea with my lunch at noon and it definitely helps with the digestion of my food. Since I also have acid reflux, I need to get my food digested quickly. I definitely would not skip the noon fennel tea. I really do feel much better after drinking the fennel tea.

Good as ever
I had been using Heather's products and following her advice for years, then fell off the wagon because I was feeling well for so long. Well, IBS-D with spasms came back with a vengeance this November. Contacted Heather because I wasn't sure which tea if any I could go back to using - I had since had my gallbladder out. Fennel helps with gas and bloating

Delivery sucks

They use Fed Ex which is the worst because they leave packages at the front door, don't even ring the bell, and don't even hide the package from the street. It is ridiculous because there are plenty of hiding places at our front door. Now they bring the package to town and turn it over to the post office which delays the delivery several days even though Fed Ex trucks are delivering a few doors down the street. Look out if you are planning on being gone a couple of days.

Hi Darryl - I'm so sorry your order did not reach you more quickly. We actually ship via the Post Office, Priority Mail, as our standard. Fedex Ground is only used for exceptionally large orders. When we do have to use Fedex, we always ask the customer if they would prefer orders delivered without a signature, in which case packages will be left at the door if someone is not home. Or, you can have a signature required, so they will not leave the package if you are not there to sign for it. We always give that choice to the customers so they can have the option that works best for them.

I truly apologize for any delays and frustrations. Fedex is usually a great shipper to work with, but they're also an exception for us, as 99% of orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead.

I started to have IBS problems shortly after I got a virus that destroyed the vestibular nerves of my inner ears. Being dizzy and nauseous, all the time precipitated getting IBS . Nothing helped until I started the Fennel and Peppermint tea plus I used the Acacia powder. Good products. Too bad they can't fix my vestibular nerves. I'll settle for a less disturbed gut.

I found your website when I needed it the most. I was at the end of my wits. The doctors did so many test and gave me pills after pills after pills none of them worked. I was suffering with severe spasms 24/7 never stopping. I was eating, sleeping, or even working. Nothing I did stopped them. Found this website and ordered the teas and books. I just want to say thank you for your products. The teas helped and the eating plan slowed the spasms but did not get rid of them until I read your book. On a page in your book you have a note that states if you had your gallbladder out and this started after that you do not need this book. You were so right the next day I called the specialist and asked her about that. She stated to me OH IM SORRY DID YOU HAVE YOUR GALLBLADDER REMOVED? I was so upset because she was the one who sent me to have it removed. So after any words she told me to go get the cholesterol pill, which binds the bile. So now Im spams free, but I still follow your eating plan and I love the teas they are so smoothing. With your eating plan I am able to keep my stomach stable and loose wait. It is easy to follow. The first tea I ordered was the fennel tea because it seemed to have the highest recommendation for symptom control. I am not a fan of licorice so I was skeptical. When I tried it I found the taste to be new and very pleasant. My husband does like licorice and he likes this tea as well. As I have used it, usually three cups throughout the day, I have come to enjoy the taste very much. It is unique and the tea helps with bloating. After breakfast and dinner I always have a cup and make the time to sit and relax with it. Thank you for providing this unique product.
