| When I ordered my kit, I was right in the middle of the worst flare up that I'd had in years. I received my order very quickly. A few days after I got the kit, I could feel another flare up coming. I quickly drank the fennel tea. The tea is such a life saver! It literally stopped the flare up in it's tracks. (I also took the fiber as well). A little later it felt like maybe the flare up was still going to happen and I drank another cup of the tea. It completely helped! The flare up never happened! | I mix it with other teas to get some variety, just make sure it is decaf tea. I also add a peppermint capsule to my teapot and make a large pot of fennel-peppermint tea, as I find the peppermint easier to digest this way, its very strong but you get used to it and there is no burping up of peppermint all day! Overall I have found these products life changing, my pain is substantially reduced, I feel supported and educated and I am not lost in wondering what to eat or not.
