| I've been drinking the tea for about 2.5 weeks now. At first I was drinking it every day but some days I don't. I'm also taking the fiber and the peppermint pills. There are still some days where my tummy still bloats up - and whereas for the most part it isn't painful like it use to be, I still look like I'm 5 months pregnant. I think I feel better overall, I've also been trying to follow the food cheat sheet and eating more mangos and avocados. I do love cafe au laits and have been experimenting with drinking coffee. | I have IBS amongst many other ills, and I am gassy. I cannot hold it in. Once in PE class I was passing gas with every sit up. Walking to the bathroom at work I would pass noisy, foul smelling gas all the way there. Trying to hold it in made the pain worse and hastened the BM. Fennel tea does actually decrease my gas a huge amount. | |
