| Anyone who suffers from acid reflux and/or gastritis may benefit from peppermint capsules. They work wonders for me. I take one before eating anything that might possibly cause acid reflux or irritate my stomach such as tomato based sauces, tea, coffee, chocolate or anything spicy. | Finding my right amount of time between taking the capsules and waiting to eat was a bit tricky as I have LPR which is similar to Gerd. Waiting the full hour had me tasting peppermint and ginger for quite awhile, now after taking the time down I haven't had any issues. | I've been dealing with IBS for years. Don't have it all the time, but when I do, the episodes can be very bad. The older I get, the worse they seem to be. The worst part is the abdominal pain and constipation. I take one of these pills every morning, and do far, they are working. The bottle says to take on an empty stomach, and don't eat for an hour afterwards if you are prone to heartburn. Of course, I start drinking coffee right after and I can taste the peppermint while doing so. I would much rather taste a little peppermint than burp up sulfur. All in all, it works. | |

| The doctor's office recommended a specific diet which I did not follow since I never had this problem before all my life and was able to eat just anything without complications. I started taking herbals according to various herbal remedy books and the mint capsules. After 2 months of herbals, increased fluid intake and a couple of weeks the mint capsules I am greatly improved! I no longer have the daily all day long pressure and pain. The bathroom habits are normal. Still a little tense in the abdomen some times but much much better. | |

| I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver! | |
