| I started using these in December on a holiday plane trip. I was very surprised that the tummy tamers prevented my gut from hurting during my vacation. I like the ingredients and would have given it all 5's except for the use of sunflower oil and I think my delivery time was about 7 days? I also wish you could change sunflower oil to Olive Oil and that would assist with Omega 3's in addition to soothing the gut. thank you! | |

| I'm actually reviewing the peppermint tea! FABULOUS! I'm holding the pills in reserve for travel and serious flares. If I get the least bit shaky in my tough recovery journey from IBS-C or CIC, I head for two plump tea bags and brew it strong! It always seems to settle me down! The flavor is so strong that it opens up my sinuses too LOL! Then I go plant used teabags as they are biodegradable and great for plants! | I had high hopes for this product. Sadly it causes me to burp and causes intestinal discomfort despite my having zero history of acid reflux. To be extra safe I took it as directed with a tiny sip of water and waited an hour to eat. Still had constant “cool†peppermint burps. It seemed to cause increased bowel movements and increased diarrhea. How is a person supposed to use this if they are drinking fluids through the day and eating multiple small meals? So far it has not been helpful and has even been slightly negative. As it is this has been set aside and I do not plan to use it again anytime soon. | |

The after taste of peppermint is way to strong now and doesn't seem to have any fennel in it. Sorry to say but I hope the previous formulation could be brought back.
