Great product but this batch is different
I use Heather's Tummy Care acacia tree fiber daily and it is very helpful to me. This last batch doesn't dissolve as well. I don't know why but it clumps more in room temp liquid than previous batches did. I have trouble getting it to mix. But, otherwise, no complaints.

Have been using Heather's Fiber for over 15 years to help with IBS and assorted GI/bladder issues from autoimmune diseases. It's consistently of excellent quality, the price is worth every penny, and the shipping is always super-speedy. It's a no-brainer to use. I hope it's always available because, with the wonderful surprises of chronic illness, having a steady service and product is one less additional stress to deal with. Game changing life saver
For the last 3 years I have been trying to figure my gut out...new 'getting older' food allergies, IBS (maybe?), finding the right fiber (who knew?)...I dont eat enough food or fiber...and after trying a few different Heather products for other symptoms (that are great) I tried the Acacia. Good Quality; Mixes More Smoothly than other brands
Happy with this product. Price is similar to other brands and seems to mix easier. I'm not sure if it helps with motility, but I will continue to use it (and will up my daily serving. Heather is so helpful to many IBS sufferers, I don't know what I'd do without her!

Amazing Product
My doctor actually recommended this specific fiber to me for IBS. I was amazed at how much better I tolerated it over any other fiber supplement. I sprinkle it over or into many food and don't even notice it's there; even on tacos! I mix it into cereal, soup, stew...anything with enough moisture to soak it up and never know it existed. But my body knows and is happier for it. I will notice when I don't have any for a couple of days. My doctor was right, this is truly a different and much more digestible form of fiber for IBS sufferers and I am thankful for the recommendation.

This product works
I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!

I use two tablespoons of tummy fiber a day.
The tummy fiber has given me normal bowel movements which is life changing. I use the travel packets when traveling. I also use the peppermint tablet twice a day. Sometimes it burns going down. I notice it more before dinner with an empty stomach.
