Excellent and versatile product
Who would have thought that one product could control help both constipation and diarrhea? And soothe a complaining gut to boot! I take is regularly before breakfast and dinner, and it unfailingly mitigates the discomfort that "problem foods" used to cause.

I have been using your products and referencing your web site for about 3 years per recommendation from my naturopathic physician. Great information resource and very good products. I love the tummy fiber.
I had a bout of food poisoning about a year ago that triggered my IBS. The Dr,s could not help me and the diet and the acacia fiber has been what has saved me. I have also lost 25 lbs by cutting out all of the fatty meats and fried foods fro my diet.

Tummy fiber works!
I love this stuff! It works, it's easy to use, doesn't affect the taste of anything you use it on etc. I put it in my applesauce, on sandwiches, anywhere I can think of. I do have to say that apple cider vinegar also helps a great deal with the bloating. I suffer from IBS-C and it's very hard to counteract the bloating/gas/constipation that happens from eating normal foods that other people have no issues with. I also can't eat soy and many of the recipes in the book contain soy. This leave me with very few diet choices - I'm vegetarian. I really like the tummy fiber!

Well, I had this uncomfortable stomach "attack" and being the researcher I am, I immediately was convinced I had IBS...so, I purchased this product, started to use it and realized I really didn't have IBS, but probably a bout of gastritis. Boy, did it work...I've actually stopped using it because all my distress has ended and not returned.

Excellent Source of Fiber for IBS
I am IBS-C (severely). I get bloated, gassy and stomach distention from my IBS. I love Acacia fiber supplement. It is an excellent source of fiber for IBS. It relieves my bloating, gas and stomach distention as well as helping my bile. Acacia has a probiotic in it. The probiotic I take daily along with the Acacia gives me great relief. I would not use any other form of fiber.

There is essentially no taste. I may be wierd, but to make it easier and more convenient to use, I just pour it out of the bag into my mouth, add water, swish, and swallow.

Very lumpy

This doesn't blend into my drinks the way Benefiber does. it's very lumpy and looks unappetizing. We'll see if it works any differently than that.

I'm so sorry you're having difficulty getting the Tummy Fiber to dissolve. Here is a list of tips we've come up with over the years to help fully dissolve the acacia in liquids or moist foods.

TIPS TO DISSOLVE TUMMY FIBER

1) It works best if the liquid temperature is cool or lukewarm, not very cold or boiling hot

2) Add Tummy Fiber to an empty cup, mix it with add just enough liquid to dissolve it, then add the remaining liquid

3) Stir with a fork instead of a spoon

4) After stirring initially, let it sit for about 60 seconds, then stir again and any remaining lumps should dissolve

5) Sprinkle on moist foods while stirring it in instead of adding a big spoonful all at once

6) A customer recently wrote us to say that he uses a Cuisinart Quick-Prep hand held blender to mix up his Tummy Fiber in just a few seconds.

Celiac Disease
I have Celiac Disease. When I found out I had Celiac Disease which was in 2008 I started using the Acacia Fiber. It's helped me alot since I don't get alot of fiber with my diet. I think I might have Irritable Bowel Syndrome also. I'm soo glad I have your fiber. It has helped me alot. I hope you never stop producing the fiber. I just love it.

Dear Heather's Tummy Care, I have been using Acacia Senegal Tummy fiber pouches for nearly 6 years now and take it 4 times a day before each meal and just before bed-time as recommended. I know it is keeping me stable. I buy a new tin to replace an old one once in a while. The Tummy Tamers Peppermint Caps I take 3 times a day and know they help me get through the day. I shall soon be ordering another delivery. It is helpful to have dates on all your products as well as the information about them. Both products are lifesavers for me plus your news letters. I cannot finish this message without letting you know that I have done the hypnotherapy course twice and plan on listening to some of the tapes again in the near future. Tummy fiber works
I have really had some great results from the fiber. I have noticed my stomach has went down in size, I do not have the gurgling after eating a meal and I havn't had diarrhea in a couple of weeks. That is a big change from 4-5 times a week. I am still just taking 1 tsp first thing in the morning with my coffee or oatmeal and so far so good. I won't add up to the 2 tsp unless I start having some symtoms back!!!

THis really does work!

Helps me daily; I do not have to be on any drugs.
My daughter was just recently dx with glucose intolerance. Her physician suggested that I also be tested since it causes IBS. I do not have any symptoms of either IBS or glucose intolerance. Taking the Acacia and watching my diet is all that is needed.

I have had IBS since 1999 diagnosed at 55 yrs old, with a stressful career in real estate, took a trip to Europe just before '99 and got realy bad sick on foreign stomach bug, and was nursing my Mom thru 10 yrs. of Alzh. I'm Lactose intolerant too so food management is always a struggle. Just delaying my meal by an hour or two will make my system "very angry", or a change in my schedule or (goodness me) a trip somewhere. The consistent use of the Tummy Fiber helps my system greatly. Unbelievable how well this product is, so effective.
I have used many products on the market & this is by far the best. I have had my ibs problem since 9 or 10 years old & now at age 38 feel so much better. Before I finally saw a doctor for my problem, I went 21 days without a bowl movement. My doctors could not believe their eyes when they saw my x-rays. They called me there poster child. the dissolution properties of the acacia is horrible. I don't have ten minutes to wait for this stuff to dissolve and ten minutes of stirring I don't have time for. I am going back to Benefiber since they make a product that dissolves instantly with no effort required.

I am so sorry you're having difficulty getting the Tummy Fiber to dissolve. It certainly should not take ten minutes to melt into moist foods or dissolve in liquids.

Since the Tummy Fiber is organic, the size of the granules can differ a bit from lot to lot compared to a highly processed fibers such as Benefiber. But, we do have a list of tips we've come up with over the years to help fully dissolve the acacia in liquids or moist foods.

TIPS TO DISSOLVE TUMMY FIBER

1) It works best if the liquid temperature is cool or lukewarm, not very cold or boiling hot

2) Add Tummy Fiber to an empty water bottle, fill the bottle with water, seal the bottle and shake it up. This great if you're heading out the door. You can even put your total daily dose of Tummy Fiber in one water bottle and drink it throughout the day - a lot of us in the office do that!

3) Add Tummy Fiber to an empty cup, mix it with add just enough liquid to dissolve it, then add the remaining liquid

4) Stir with a fork instead of a spoon

5) After stirring initially, let it sit for about 60 seconds, then stir again and any remaining lumps should dissolve

6) Sprinkle on moist foods while stirring it in instead of adding a big spoonful all at once

Again, I do apologize for any difficulty. I would ask that you please give the Tummy Fiber another try as it can be very beneficial for your IBS symptoms. However, you are also welcome to return the product at any time for a full refund.

I began using Acacia Senegal Tummy Fiber in 2010 in the hope that it would calm the uncomfortable bloating that I was experiencing after lunch and dinner. Once I found the right dosage, my bloating improved considerably and I have used this product every day since then. Not only did my bloating improve, but I became more regular and my movements became thicker, smoother, and softer. Good Product, delayed delivery due to x-mas rush
These sachets are good for travelling. I was worried about taking a nondescript white powder through customs if I took some from my acacia can at home so I left it behind. Flights are horrid for me but planning well and bringing lots of safe food helped. I know these will help when I have to fly back from NZ to the USA. I received these later than usual in NZ because of the seasonal postal delays around December.

I was troubled for years by IBS and related issues. Complicating conditions include diverticulosis. Many folks get their orders in 2-3 days, but that is not guaranteed. If you ever need your order quickly you can call or email us and we can ship your order out the same day instead of the usual next business day. If you need overnight shipping we can also refer you to some of our vendors who offer more shipping options than we do. Also, if you have a vacation address we can send your order to where you will be going instead of to your home. That is never a problem.

Acacia tummy fiber keeps thing moving!
Acacia tummy fiber has been a godsend for my husband who for years has suffered from irregularity and constipation. While researching info on IBS, I came upon this product on your your website. Great product, effective without needing much.
