| For a few years I took Acacia Fiber mixed in water. For some reason, that makes no sense, I quit using it last Fall. I had a very difficult winter digestively but couldn't figure out why. A couple of months ago it occurred to me to start taking the Acacia Fiber again. Now I sprinkle it directly on my food and am way more satisfied with the results, which are amazing. I do transfer the pouch to the can but, all of it doesn't fit in there with the plastic cover over it. | I've been taking a teaspooon full of soluble fiber in a Tblsp of applesauce before I eat anything for 4 years - I also carry it in my purse. It's easy to sprinkle on solid food if need be or stirred into a beverage (it has no flavor). Unless I eat a lot of fat OR I'm especially stressed out, I lead a completely normal life. | I am a person that almost on a daily basis has diahrrea.. sometimes it s a surprise. This is very life controlling. I have had some relief with Heathers tummy fiber... not totally yet but am still experiementing as to when and how long I can be in a public setting and not have an urgent need to make a sudden trip to the bathroom. | I recently purchased this product for a 13-year-old girl who was having what the doctors determined was severe IBS attacks that included extremely painful episodes going off the 10-point pain scale in intensity, with a tendency toward constipation, but no diarrhea. These pains were so bad, running up and down the abdomen, chest, and back, and making it difficult for her to breath. After they ended (though still with pain, just not so severe), she was exhausted, and would often have to miss school. She has been on Heather's Tummy Fiber, a dose of 3 Tlbs nightly, for 13 days, and during this time has not had any more of these painful attacks. Her stools are also better formed, softer, and more normal. It seems as if it is the Tummy Fiber that has made all the difference--and we certainly hope so! Usually within 13 days she would have had an attack. Fingers crossed & prayers up! We are very glad to have discovered this product. | |

| This product is the best product I've ever used for IBS. I've suffered with IBS most of my life. There was a period of time in my life, after having severe diarrhea which caused me not to be able to go out or enjoy life, when I honestly felt my life was not worth living. At 63, after suffering for decades, I'm finally able to go driving without the crippling fear of a diarrhea attack. This product really helps! I no longer have chronic diarrhea, nor do I suffer from the miserable affects of chronic constipation. If I forget a dose of Acacia, I realize my mistake but Chan quickly get back on tract by the next day. It works that fast. I bought travel packs to introduce my sister to the products.
