| I've been using Acacia Senegal for several years, but not until I read the complete directions did I realize I wasn't really using it properly. I've had a serious IBS flareup in the last 6 months and I was feeling desperate again, so I upped my dose to at least 3 large TBSPNs a day and it took about a week until I had results. Finally, the diarrhea settled down and I felt safe to leave my home again. I also increased my use of probiotics (VSL#3) to as much as 4 a day and I am close to normal again. I am having total knee replacement in 2 weeks and I was very concerned if I could handle hospitalization. I will never go without Acacia Senegal again! | |

| I have used Heather's fiber before but had stopped because a I did not see a difference. My tummy has been in such increasing distress & in frequency that I tried it again. I have found that using 2 t. of Heather's Acacia fiber in 1/2c. Greek yogurt 2 times per day works best for me. I also take a Bean-o before any meal and any fruit or raw veggies. I have been on this routine for about a month and am having more control over my symptoms. I also include the peppermint oil with any increase in gas. I have not had diarrhea since I started this regimen and I just increase my fiber if I am having to strain. | |

| I've ordered these products before both the fennel tea and the acacia fiber. The tea makes my insides feel better even though I am not a huge fan of fennel. | i have been using the tummy fiber as well as the peppermint capsule for some months now and i am so blessed to have come across these products when i did. i had helplessly suffered with gut pain and illness for 52yrs out of my 57years. My mother just never knew what to do. A few weeks prior to me stumbling on this web site, i had just under went a colonoscopy where 2 big polys had been taken out. After the surgery, the doctor showed a picture of the exit from my stomach to my large intestine. the tissue to me looked like dead and i was very concerned. | I was at the end of my rope literally. I didn't know what to do. I was hurting and having diarrhea every time I ate anything. I was losing more weight every day. | I've had IBS since I was 20 (now 55), and have used the Tummy Tea and Peppermint capsules before, for bloating, but never this product. My IBS abruptly switched from its usual constipation to running to the bathroom urgently each time I ate something. Not a way to live! Within 24 hours of starting tummy fiber, that problem was solved, and now that my system has switched back, I am increasing the dose to deal with the constipation. | I started the tummy fiber last week in small doses. Using the travel packets made it easy to open and pour half into my cold drinks the first week. I am seeing remarkable improvement in my bowels no matter what I eat. I even attempted a barbeque pork sandwich and had NO issues with it which is normally a killer for me the next day. Gas is much less, cramping is almost nill. I make sure I take it in before I eat in the am and before dinner. Best way for me is in Gatorade, no taste, no smell, no residue in any cold drinks but a little clumping in hot teas. | I purchased this last year and wasn't sure if I really liked it. After going to the Dr again, as I had my gall bladder removed a year earlier, I was given meds to replace the missing bile. Now I use the Acacia fibre and I love it. It calms my stomach which was visibly bloated and distended everytime I would eat. I am in the process of very slowly increasing it. I'm glad I found it. | |

| I have suffered with IBS (constipation) for many years but have had it under control until about a year ago when I retired (go figure!) The first product I bought was the Peppermint Oil capsules at CVS and noticed on the label that there was a website so that's how I got here! I was having frequent pain from the spasms so I immediately ordered the Acacia Senegal and started using it. It's a miracle! Traveling is always an issue so the travel sticks are also fabulous! | I began using this product for my dogs. I feed them only grain free food, initially because one of them had a fungal ear infection. The grain free diet solved his ear problems. However, the grain free diet caused them to be constipated. Adding acacia solved this problem. I found your acacia to be the best! I later had surgery for colon cancer and I too became constipated. I now use your acacia powder and I no longer have any problems. I would like to add that I have been cancer free for 6 years. | |
