| I am having great results with the powder at just 1/2 tsp. daily so far. I have IBS -C. i used the powder years ago but was on drugs for the IBS that caused more constipation. I believe it didn't help because I was on the drugs the doctor was giving to me for the IBS symptoms. I am going up slowly as I am a very hypersensitve person. I am also getting great results being treated the last four years with Homeopathic remedies. I am going to school to become a homeopathic practitioner and plan to help others who have IBS. I was able to get off the pharmaceutical drugs because of homeopathic remedies. Will continue using the soluble fiber as it causes no bloating at all, I cannot use the peppermint as it will antidote homeopathic remedies in some people. Maria | |

| Thank you for having these products! I have been a long time sufferer of IBS and never found anything to help with the discomfort and severe pain until a few years ago when I found this site. I use the acacia powder faithfully and use both the fennel and peppermint teas. Plus I have the peppermint caps. These products really do tame the tummy! I would be lost without them! | |
