Hello Heather, I am feeling better but I am still suffering from bloating. I try to be very disciplined with my menu but even the smallest amount of food off the chart results in me paying for it dearly. All products except the Peppermint Caps worked great for me.
The Peppermint Caps caused me to have indigestion. I followed the directions on the product, but I still had discomfort.

Good Morning, I wanted to take a minute and say thank you..!! I have dealt with IBS for 12 years now. I love your peppermint tea but the fennel tea is outstanding...
