| I am really enjoying the fennel tea in place of my morning coffee. I brew it using six tea bags per quart of water. I dilute this concentrate to 50 percent and enjoy one to two cups a day and refrigerate the rest of the concentrate. This, along with Heather's fiber, is working to relieve my current IBS flare. | I love these teas! I have long known the anti-bloating and anti-gas properties of fennel, but these tea bags make it easy and convenient to work fennel into my daily life.
