| My IBS runs from severe diarrhea to constipation and I have despaired of being normal again. But this stuff is working. It is a slow process, building up to being able to take enough to alleviate symptoms, but I am up to a tablespoon a day and my constipation is sloooowly disappearing and I am comfortable again. I have had NO DIARRHEA since I began the regimen and NO CRAMPING! And I am back to successfully eating sourdough bread (my problem is not gluten even though I have been off it for 3+ years on the advice of my gastroenterologist). I followed the directions and started slowly, increasing the amount I used every few days. I'm up to 1 teaspoon a day and I think that is what is going to work best for me. | I've been using this product about 3 weeks now and it has made a huge difference in my life! I'm taking it slowly as wind in my colon has always been a problem. I started with the recommended dose and am now taking 1 tsp twice daily. My diarrhea has slowed from up to 6 times per day to 1 or 2 normal movements a day.
