| I have been suffering from IBS (C) for years and nothing helped. I have tried the Benefiber and Metamucil but all they did was make me more bloated and uncomfortable. | I love the Tummy Fiber. Before I started using it I had diarrhea every day. It took about 2 weeks to change things. I enjoy my life again and am able to go on walks with my dog, go to the gym, volunteer at the school I used to work, golf, and watch my grand children. I still have to be careful with my diet. I use 3 tablespoons of fiber in my morning coffee and sprinkle the fiber on food sometimes. I also take the peppermint oil capsules 3x daily and imodium. I used the travel sticks on a trip to Key West in December. They are so convenient for travel that I ordered more. Thank you Heather for your wonderful products. | |

| i have been using the tummy fiber as well as the peppermint capsule for some months now and i am so blessed to have come across these products when i did. i had helplessly suffered with gut pain and illness for 52yrs out of my 57years. My mother just never knew what to do. A few weeks prior to me stumbling on this web site, i had just under went a colonoscopy where 2 big polys had been taken out. After the surgery, the doctor showed a picture of the exit from my stomach to my large intestine. the tissue to me looked like dead and i was very concerned. I asked what the next step was and he told me to go back to my primary care doctor. Well, my doctor informed me that he had nothing to tell me since that was not his specialty. In fact, it made it much, much worse (and yes, I have been following the directions exactly). | I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for years and it has made my life a whole lot smoother (no pun intended). I would not be without it or use anything else. The travel packs would be a lot more useful to me if they contained a TBS rather than just a TSP., but that is a minor thing. I just pour some in ziplock bag when I am traveling.
