I take acacia fiber daily for my diverticulosis.

Good Deal on Heather's Tummy Fiber
I've been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a couple of years, and as I gradually found what amount (the number of grams per day) was good for me, I've been very pleased at how this really helped my "gut speed" stabilize. I've been pre-mixing the acacia powder with a certain amount of water, and keeping this fiber liquid in the frig means that I can quickly get out a couple of tablespoonfuls to go into my cup of tea or juice throughout the day. I previously tried another kind of acacia fiber powder that wasn't as refined, but I'm finding that I really do like Heather's better. Buying a whole case of 16 oz. bags during Heather's sale turned out to be a really good deal for me. Thank you Heather, for offering the special price!

The only complaint I have is how they package the product. The bags are crammed in a box and the box always arrives in bad shape. This last shipment one of the bags was broken and I had to throw it away. Please try to do a better job packing.

I was happy to see the sale and ordered enough for the year. Channeled my Amazon monthly order for now. It is easy to use. No taste to it in my tea. Once I put a teaspoon in a cane sugar root beer. It removed the carbonation right away and reminded me of a root beer float. This last won't go on the site but I just really craved a root beer that warm summer day. I noticed no ill effects from the soda or to the flavor of it

Heather's Tummy Fiber changed our lives!
I have IBS with constipation and since using Tummy Fiber, I rarely have a problem anymore. My husband had to have half his colon removed. The Tummy Fiber helps him to avoid diarrhea most of the time. We both never want to live without it. Other fibers used to really bloat me and upset my stomach. This doesn't. I have had a problem with my bowels my entire life and now I rarely have a problem. I am so grateful for this product and Heather. I read all the great reviews and for a long time didn't try it because I thought it would be like everything else I have tried in the past, with more side effects than the problem. Finally, after a period of swings between diarrhea and constipation I decided to try it. I started slowly and then added a little more weekly until I had normal bowel movements. I have never stopped taking it since. We by it by the case so there is no chance of running out of it. I order again, long before necessary so that I always have it on hand. I would never want to go back to having the problems I had before I tried Heather's Tummy Care. For us, it is a miracle product. I am so grateful that this product is available to all of us who have been miserable with IBS.

Important to follow the instructions and slowly increase the dose until relief. For me it came at 2 tablespoons twice a day, but it takes a long time of non relief to get there! Now, as long as I stay with it I am nearly symptom free.

Has changed my life.
I've lived all my 50 years constipated, having fructose malabsorption. I cannot live without Linzess (pharma) normally but it makes me have the opposite problem and makes me unable to leave the house. I eat the best I can for this complicated problem I have. I decided to try this not expecting much except the same bad reaction I normally have from fiber. NOT AT ALL!! Not to mention, I go EVERY DAY! Please understand the gravity of that for me. I was suffering from chronic idiopathic constipation and this tummy fiber gave me my life back. You have to be patient though and commit to taking the product as directed. Increase half a teaspoon every 3 days until it works.

Heather's Tummy Fiber has given me freedom from IBS-C that I've managed all my life.
My problem started when I was 10 years old and I was on my own in dealing with it as the medical industry had no help. Prunes and bran --really? From vegan raw foods to keto to specific carbohydrate, all the diets had pros and cons. Acupuncture, yoga, Pilates, weight training, proper hydration...everything helps. This is the best product on the market.
I have been using this product for many years. Twice I ran out of it and used Metamucil instead, but that gave me lower abdominal pain, so I'm always sure not to run out of Heather's Tummy Fiber.

Hi Mary - I'm so sorry for the delay. Most orders ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-5 . Big box orders go Fedex Ground, which also takes 2-5 days. But I think that within that range most Fedex orders take 4-5 days, whereas almost all Priority orders take just 2 days. Where you are in the country doesn't seem to change the Priority times, whereas that really affects the Fedex delivery times.
