| I have been ordering the peppermint tea for years, the over sized bags were just great, however once I found out how to make my tea with the loose tea pouches it felt like I had struck gold. I have IBS symptoms and I have finally found I have Multiple Sclerosis, which was the real cause of all of my intestinal issues. | Like many people who have IBS, I have gone through the gauntlet of medical tests, months of abdominal pain, headaches and other issues linked to IBS. Out of the multitude of physicians I consulted, I am thankful for two physicians. Dr. TJB and Dr. TL (initials only-both licensed gastro's). | Never tried peppermint tea before, it is refreshingly different. I am not a big hot tea drinker but did enjoy this flavor. I did use a little sugar to sweeten but could drink without it too. It did seem to help stomach problems due to chemo treatments. | |

| I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver! | |
