It also calms me down so I can relax. The peppermint tastes great as well. I try to have at least one cup a day and I feel it has made a difference in my symptoms and pain. I will be buying more. | However when you get the bag it is foil and yet when I wanted to share with a friend putting it in a zip lock bag I had to wrap it in several layers or my whole house was smelling peppermint, wow really strong So save your empty cans and buy the bags and fill the cans. | After 3 years of non stop, often too late for the restroom, my sis recommended Heathers Tummy Fiber. It has been truly life changing. I was finally diagnosed with Alpha-gal in Feb 2024.
