A new staple in my house!
I've been drinking this delicious tea for at least 6 months now. I do sometimes alternate between the peppermint and other herbal teas, but I find myself drinking the peppermint tea most often. I use a French press so I can make a strong batch up daily, and I generally drink it iced with a little sugar. It definitely settles my stomach, and I highly recommend it over other "brands" because of the strength.

tea did not work at all

I purchased for my mom, who has severe stomach pains from ibs, we have tried other peppermint products and also your fennel tea, for her nothing works. that not to say your product doesnt work, it just doesnt for her

I am so sorry your mom is not satisfied with the product.

Sometimes the best way for the teas to be effective for the pain and cramping is to "overwhelm" your gut with it for the first few days. Drink the teas till you are just sick of them for a good 2-3 days. This can help stop the pain and cramping so you can get on top of it, and then you can drop down to drinking the tea as needed.

If you do decide that they are just not working for your mom, you can certainly return the products for a refund.

Peppermint Tea Bags really work.
I tried the sample tea bag and was so amazed at how much better my tummy felt that I ordered a can of tea bags. I have at least two cups and day and feel really great. It really works quicker and better than the Bentyl the doctor gave me. Not to mention the can is so attractive it draws my attention to it in the cupboard. I like the inner seal to keep it fresh.

More than just IBS
Like many people who have IBS, I have gone through the gauntlet of medical tests, months of abdominal pain, headaches and other issues linked to IBS. Out of the multitude of physicians I consulted, I am thankful for two physicians. Dr. TJB and Dr. TL (initials only-both licensed gastro's). Dr. JB led me in the right path that my IBS was more than just "in my head", that it was more than just anxiety and stress. For me it was SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). I've done antibiotics and fecal infusions to much help but the relief is not permanent. Dr. TL told me about peppermint. I had tried other peppermint products resulting in no relief. The Peppermine Tea is wonderful, it really helps my stomach.

I normally use loose tea every morning but when I travel it's nice to have the bags. I have made my own tea bags, but they seem to fall apart with use. Also, you can carry these with you and use discreetly at a restaurant, just order hot water for tea. The peppermint tea is truly the best I have found anywhere.

Great taste
Never tried peppermint tea before, it is refreshingly different. I am not a big hot tea drinker but did enjoy this flavor. I did use a little sugar to sweeten but could drink without it too. It did seem to help stomach problems due to chemo treatments.

Peppermint is contraindicated for people with GERD/Reflux/chronic heartburn. Many people with IBS often have these conditions, so we worked around it by enteric coating the peppermint oil capsules, but this won't address GERD issues from the peppermint tea. The tea will directly affect your stomach and upper GI. It's fantastic for relaxing the lower gut, but that same relaxation effect in the upper gut can definitely trigger heartburn in those who are prone to it.

Wonderful taste and has definitely helped me!!
I had the worst case of diarrhea, in fact it was so bad, I thought I had Crohn's disease. I had a Colonoscopy done and everything was fine, and all the Dr. told me was that he "thought" I had IBS. Cant live without this!

It would be difficult to go back to normal tea bags - these are so much better!
The large size of the bags actually makes a good cup of tea with one bag. Since I'm using these a lot, I'm considering using the loose tea. Either way, these are far above the usual, and the peppermint is so much fresher.

I start my day with this tea every morning (before I eat anything) and I have several cups each day and before bed. I don't really enjoy the flavor but it does calm my tummy. When I think of this tea as my "tummy medicine" and not as "tea time", it's ok and I'm glad for it. I received my delivery within days. The canister is tightly sealed, well made and pretty enough to leave out. It was packed the day I ordered it. The bags are fresh and generously filled with whole leaves. The taste is too strong for me so I crush the bag to get the most out of the oils and then brew for a just a minute. The quality of the product is impressive. Even though I don't really like the taste, I still give it five stars because it is effective.

When I ordered this tea I was honestly not sure why I was, since I normally dislike the taste of peppermint tea. i use 2 bags with a little honey in a thermal cup 4 long car rides(6+hrs)travelling is always stressful&bringing foods I can eat always helps.

Or, if should would like to add soy, rice or almond milk to cut the taste, that is fine as well.

She can also mix the tea with another herbal, caffeine free tea.

If she still absolutely cannot stand the taste you are welcome to send it back for a refund.

Hard to know how to store a pouch to keep fresh. I use a can from my peppermint tea bags to take to work and just refill when it runs out. But home the pouch is big and hard to store.

Tea soothes tummy

I was delighted to see that the tea bags are indeed as generous as advertized. I have gotten two cups of tea for each bag I have used so far and the second cups were just as effective as the first cups. I have only used them when I was home or at my "vacation home" as normal strength ones have relieved my cramping but not for very long. I was afraid the dose would be too strong for my digestion. I don't want my motility to be adversely affected when in my diarrhea phase of Alternating form IBS, so don't use it much then. I'd suggest you try it.

Not sure it helps my constipation!
