| I start my day with this tea every morning (before I eat anything) and I have several cups each day and before bed. I don't really enjoy the flavor but it does calm my tummy. When I think of this tea as my "tummy medicine" and not as "tea time", it's ok and I'm glad for it. I received my delivery within days. The canister is tightly sealed, well made and pretty enough to leave out. It was packed the day I ordered it. The bags are fresh and generously filled with whole leaves. The taste is too strong for me so I crush the bag to get the most out of the oils and then brew for a just a minute. The quality of the product is impressive. Even though I don't really like the taste, I still give it five stars because it is effective. | |

I have gotten two cups of tea for each bag I have used so far and the second cups were just as effective as the first cups. I have only used them when I was home or at my "vacation home" as normal strength ones have relieved my cramping but not for very long. I was afraid the dose would be too strong for my digestion. I don't want my motility to be adversely affected when in my diarrhea phase of Alternating form IBS, so don't use it much then. I'd suggest you try it. | |||||

| I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver! | |
