| This is a soothing tea, which I drink at least 4-5 cups a day. Interestingly enough, the tea bags appear to no longer be biodegradable - they are made of a cloth mesh. But the flavor comes through. Also the size of the tea bags aren't as large as before. Maybe with the mesh tea bag the amt of tea can be less. Still great flavor. And great medicinal qualities. | |||||

| My favorite products, however, are the tummy fiber and peppermint oil supplements. Using Heather's specific instructions on how to take the proper amount of tummy fiber for my severe IBS-D, I have literally had no diarrhea for the past 4 months. The peppermint supplements are wonderful to calm my colon contractions and they help with pain as well. I started the IBS diet on Jan. 1, 2019 after reading about it on Heather's website. I bought the IBS books(first year and cookbook) in February, and now I can leave the house again to go places. DAILY. I am able to exercise daily. I have lost 60 lbs. and I wasn't even trying to lose weight!! By cutting out red meat, dairy and high fats, and by balancing my soluble/insoluble fiber intake, I feel so much better now!!!! | I have Celiac Sprue Disease and Irritable Bowel-D - what a combination! For the last 30 years i've tried every OTC and prescription medicine known to man - nothing worked. I started using Heather's Fennel tea about 8 years ago and no it didn't cure my Celiac or IBS but it sure makes it much more livable. It reduces the bloating and gas - it calms a raging belly. | Fennel tea bags are such an easy way to relieve gas and bloating. I drink it alone or add another flavor tea bag with it to enhance the taste. The gas problem is relieved or lessened and the disposal of tea bag is easier for me than with the loose tea. | I've used this tea for years for IBS problems and recommended it to many. My IBS troubles are 99.9% gone since I did the fecal (Genova Diagnostics) test and took the Rifaximin antibiotic. However, I sometimes have acid reflux and have had limited my food diet (again)including regular tea (even green tea) as a hot drink. | Bloating is a huge problem with me. I almost hate to eat because I know how uncomfortable and bloated I will be after I eat, especially dinner. I take this tea after dinner and the bloating dissolves. It is so nice not to sit down after dinner with an uncomfortable extended belly that you know is pure bloat. I am so thankful for this tea. Since drinking it after dinner once every day, it seems the bloating I may experience sometimes after lunch is also going away.
